In accordance with the characteristics of coal-mine equipment lease management, an information system of equipment lease management is put forward based on the business process management (BPM) and B/S pattern. And on the basis of investigation to a lease management enterprise of a mining aggregation, the paper elaborates the design of the software function module and structure, and the realization of technology.

Because of a vast amount of business process, difficult tracking, low turnover efficiency, processing of logistics management information behind time and with antiquated means, the application of advanced RFID technology in the field of logistics and storage management is proposed to solve the above problems on the basis of analyzing the shortages. In this paper, the logistics warehouse management information system based on RFID is conducted. The working flow and process structure of the logistics and storage arc given on the basis of analysis of the traditional logistics and storage service flow. The integral framework of the logistics and storage service system based on RFID technology is established. This thesis mainly does research about the pattern of RFID application in warehouse, the system framework and the information flow. On the base, it designs the information system and realizes its function module.

This research was conducted in the Unit Pengelola Rumah Susun—UPRS (Flats Manager Unit) in Jakarta Provincial Government and based on the existence of problems strategic planning of information systems. The purpose of this study is to provide a proposal of Information System Strategy and Management Information System for UPRS. The strategic planning of the information systems on research was conducted using the method of Ward and Peppard. The IS strategic planning in the UPRS which is proposed in this research is hope to be used to integrate each business process and IS system which is connected to the Jakarta Smart City. IS is needed with the competent human resources to manage the IS/IT of the UPRS to increase the service quality to the flat occupants and to increase the employees productivity in implementing their job functions.

The design mainly uses the C/S model, and the development tools are Delphi and the Microsoft Access. Based on the actual needs of the national mine emergency rescue base, WebGIS is introduced to the mine rescue and combined with the emergency rescue process to develop the coal mine emergency rescue management information system. This article introduces the systems compositions and relationships, identifies the needs and functional requirements of the system,designs the overall architecture of the system and each subsystem, and sets up the database according to the system functions. At present, the system has been applied to the emergency rescue base. The results indicate that the system can provide technical supports for the emergency rescue effectively.

This paper studied the Service-oriented software architecture. Recently service-oriented architecture is a research hot because it is open and flexible. But all people only concern its application in a certain field. Almost no one puts forward a general method for various field systems. Also there are no service-oriented developing software and tools. This paper proposes a service-orientation solution to the management information system based on SOA (Service-oriented architecture). Business process can be designed by interactive interface library. Users can complete the design of system by simply dragging the mouse. For various systems it is an efficient method because business process can be designed by interactive interface.
