Through studying cracks and dewing problems of the energy-saving composite thermal insulation wall, we hope to attract enough attention to the construction technology and quality inspection, strengthen quality management and guarantee the engineering quality. This article has carried on the reason analysis and summarized the project construction commonly used methods from wall stiffness, indoor and outdoor temperature differences, materials and construction technology. The control problems of crack and dewing of energy-saving composite thermal insulation wall has more value in practice.

The primary factor in reducing building energy consumption is the wall energy, but thickening the walls simply and using traditional materials to reduce energy consumption has become unable to satisfy the development trend at the present stage. Energy-saving wall materials include organic wall insulation, inorganic wall insulation and composite wall insulation. According to the construction technology, insulation wall can be divided into internal insulation wall, sandwich insulation wall and external insulation wall etc.. Polyurethane foam and other new energy-saving materials are widely used, whicth will become the main energy-saving materials in the northern cold areas.

Wall insulation material can save a lot of wall materials, improve the performance of the wall insulation, save resources, and reduce environmental pollution, which is a new material for interior and exterior wall insulation. In order to study the insulation performance of insulation material, according to the construction process of insulation material, we design the multi-layer insulation wall structure. In order to verify the insulation effect of energy saving, we use the FLUENT software to do numerical simulation on the wall insulation effect, and establish the heat transfer equation of the radiation and solid. We use the CAD software to design large building model, and use GAMBIT to carry on the grid division, finally get the 2D and 3D temperature distribution by means of numerical calculation. Through the finding of thermal efficiency and energy-saving efficiency, insulation wall can significantly improve the energy performance of buildings, which provides technical support to study the energy saving and environmental protection of building.

External wall has great impact on building energy conservation. Developing composite wall is direct way to improve the situation of building consumption. In this study, the importance of building energy conservation was analyzed. Several types of composite thermal insulation wall were listed and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed. Self-insulation composite wall has unique superiority, especially in hot summer and cold winter zone. Meanwhile, the application prospect of composite wall with combinations of insulation coating of high reflectivity and silt sintered porous brick was introduced. Finally, combining regional character, some suggestions were proposed on the further development of China’s composite wall in hot summer and cold winter zone.

This paper research applied to using energy-saving insulation in hot summer and warm winter area of sandwich wall panels, study on thermal insulation thermal insulation property of composite wall panel through 2 sets of thermal performance test, and the test results for comparative analysis with finite element analysis results. The analysis shows that the wallboard is not only good insulation properties, but also to meet the requirements prescribed by the state building energy-saving insulation and hot summer Cold Winter areas of building energy-saving insulation requirements.

In order to obtained the constitutive equations of thermal insulation masonry, the four masonry with different angles has pressed. Study on thermal insulation of masonry compressive mechanical parameters of constitutive equation and two-stage by compression stress-strain curves obtained in the servo press machine tests and data processing. The Basic mechanics parameters can be provided for finite element analysis of thermal insulation composite wall. The experiments showed that the constitutive model is discretization and the maximum stress and strain by press machine testing is different from brick masonry. The constitutive model is close with curve by press machine testing. The performance of mechanics in thermal insulation wall can be application by the stress-strain curves of thermal insulation of masonry. The stress-strain curves based experiments can be used finite element analysis of thermal insulation wall.

Due to the causes of the climate special in cold area, the design of building energy-saving insulation is highly targeted, therefore its research and analysis is suitable for the energy-saving design and method of the cold area construction, which has important significance for the construction energy-saving work in China. In this paper, BIM building information virtual construction technology is used, using BIM has software REVIT that carries out the structure design and thermal insulation design for the construction, establishing the different insulation function corresponding temperature increase and radiation heat related mathematical model. In order to verify the validity and reliability of the design model, this paper goes through the REVIT software for the building temperature light and heat radiation to carry on analog simulation, and then the temperature rise and thermal radiation distribution can be obtained by calculating, which provides a new computer method for the design of winter construction.

A wall of aerated concrete only can hardly meet the requirements for energy-saving architectural design. If both sides of the wall are provided with thermal insulation mortar to form a composite wall, the heat transfer performance of the wall will be significantly improved. In this Paper, we established an optimization model for the thermal economy of a thermal insulation composite wall according to heat transfer theory and in consideration of the depreciation and maintenance costs of the wall during use, and took the average heat transfer coefficient and index of thermal inertia of the wall as restricted conditions to calculate and analyze the economical thickness of the thermal insulation layer. We expect the optimization model be valuable reference in promoting the application of aerated concrete-based composite thermal insulation walls.

Based on the energy saving design standards in hot summer and cold winter zone like Anhui province, a new type of sandwich insulation composite wall panel is researched, Influence on thermal performances of new sandwich insulation composite wall panel,due to in different thermal insulation material, different content of the oblique connection rebar, different thermal insulation layer thickness and different internal and external wall thickness, are analyzed. The results show that, in not take extra insulation measures, this kind of sandwich insulation composite wall panel thermal performance can meet the hot summer and cold winter area energy-saving design standard requirements. Research results and practical engineering contact tightly, It has a comparatively high practical value.
