Baijiu vinasse was used as the protein source to produce protein foaming agent. The hydrolysis conditions were optimized. The results show that the optimal conditions are: for every 20 g of baijiu vinasse, 1 g CaO and 80 mL water are add, the reaction temperature is 80°C and reaction time is 2 h. Hydrolyzed twice under the optimal conditions, the protein extraction rate can reach 30.5%. After the hydrolyzation, supernatant was collected, neutralized and condensed to 3% protein content as protein foaming agent. Foam properties were determined by Ross-Miles meter. The foamability is 172 mm, and foam stability is 160 mm, which shows huge potential for application.

In this paper, triphosgene respectively reacting with o-nitrophenyl aniline, m-nitrophenyl aniline and p-nitrophenyl aniline to synthesize corresponding isocyanates. The effects of reactants molar ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield were investigated. As a result, using 1,2-dichloroethane as reaction solvent, the optimum molar ratio of the three kinds of nitroaniline and triphosgene were all 2.5:1, the optimum reaction time of synthesis of o-nitrophenyl isocyanate, m-nitrophenyl isocyanate and p-nitrophenyl isocyanate respectively was 6h, 5.5h and 5h; the optimum reaction temperature of synthesis of the three kinds of nitrophenyl isocyanates were all 75°C. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of o-nitrophenyl isocyanate, m-nitrophenyl isocyanate and p-nitrophenyl isocyanate could respectively be 80.3%, 83.7% and 83.5%. The products were characterized by meltingtest, ebulliometry, IR, and HPLC

The catalytic activity of many Lewis and Bronsted acid for the synthesis of diethyl carbonate (DEC) from ethyl carbamate (EC) and ethanol was evaluated in a bath reactor. Pyrophosphoric acid (H4P7O2) which showed the best activity was selected to further investigate the effect of reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature, catalyst dose and reaction time, on the yield of DEC. Under the optimal conditions, DEC yield can reach 29.1%.

The present work studied the critical control of foam insulation materials produced by waste TFT-LCD glass. The result showed that foam glass was affected by sintering temperature, as well as other factors such as foaming agent, oxygen supply agent and reaction time. The ordinary waste glass was used to drop the melting temperature of Waste TFT-LCD glass. The density of foam glass had a down-up trend with the increase of sintering temperature. The increase of ratio of foaming agent and oxygen supply agent led to a notable decrease of the density, while the change of reaction time exerted an unobvious influence on the density. The density of foam glass produced under the optimal conditions was 0.2211 g/cm3.

β-chitosan preparation from squid pens was carried out using aqueous NaOH with the ultrasonic assistance. Single factor experiments and L9(34) orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the effect of three parameters (reaction time, concentration of NaOH and reaction temperature) on deacetylation of β-chitin. The optimal conditions for deacetylation of chitin were reaction temperature 80°C, reaction time 2 h and concentration of NaOH 50%. The optimal conditions allowed deacetylation degree of β-chitin from 71.32% to 92.91%. The β-chitosan from squid pens was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The antibacterial activities of the prepared β-chitosans againstaphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) andEscherchia coli(E.coli) were then determined and compared by the MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration). Results indicate that β-chitosans with different degrees of deacetylation (DD) possess different antibacterial activity. The growth ofS. aureuscan be easily inhibited by prepared β-chitosan thanE.coli.

The homogeneous precipitation pathway was explored to synthesize ultrafine powders of Al(OH)3. In the experiment, the scrap aluminum were used as raw material . The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, stirring speed, concentration of sulphuric acid and dispersant on the preparation process were investigated. The results showed that ultrafine Al(OH)3 powders can be yielded and well-controlled under the following optimal conditions: the concentration of sulphuric acid 3.0 mol•L-1, reaction temperature 0-4 °C, stirring speed 900 r.min-1 and reaction time 15 min. The diameter less than 100nm of sphericity Al(OH)3 particles with the narrow distribution were successfully obtained. The Al(OH)3 powders was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy , infrared spectrometer. The Al(OH)3 powders have good dispersancy and purity is more than 90%. The operation of the experiment was very simple, and the particles were separated easily.

Oxidation extraction of thiophene from simulated oil by using K2FeO4as oxidant and methanol as extractant has been investigated. The effects of different catalyst, oxidant amount, catalyst amount, reaction temperature, reaction time, and extraction conditions were studied. This process is capable of decreasing the sulfur content of simulated oil from 100 mg•L-1to 17.8 mg•L-1at the optimal conditions. The results indicate that such a process could be an alternative to common hydrodesulfurization for deep desulfurization.

The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time and solvent on the yield of product was investigated with orthogonal method. The experiment results show that the optimal conditions were molar ration of 2-chloroethannol / phosphorus trichloride 4.0:1, reaction temperature 65~75 °C, reaction time 4h, solvent 60 mL, and the yield of the product reached 89.5%. The asprepared di (chloroethyl) phosphite samples were further characterized by FT-IR and NMR.

The graft polymerization of lauryl methacrylate (LMA) onto polypropylene fiber (PP) was investigated by using 2,2’-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The grafting was influenced by AIBN concentration, monomer concentration, the reaction time and reaction temperature. On the basis of a detailed investigation of these factor, the optimal conditions for the grafting of LMA onto PP with the said initiator were as follows: [AIBN] = 0.015 mol/l, [LMA] = 1.25 mol/l, reaction time 240 min, reaction temperature 80 oC, in which the graft yield (%GY) of 15.7 % was obtained. Characterization of the polypropylene fiber-graft-lauryl methacrylate was done by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
