Design a mini-type machine to be broadly used for the handling of the heavier crops aiming at the problem of labor shortage in the countryside. This facility is composed of elevator mechanism, rotation mechanism, capture mechanism, traveling car etc. The general structure design to this mini-type handling machine is given and the stress analysis and calculation to the major structure is conducted; it can greatly reduce labor intensity, raise production efficiency and working quality.

The poor loading performance of shearer drums restricts the development and production efficiency of coal in thin coal seams. Changing operation and structural parameters can improve the drum’s loading performance to some extent, but the effect is not obvious. A two-segment differential rotational speed drum (TDRSD) was proposed after analyzing the drum’s influence mechanism on coal particles. To further reveal the drum’s coal loading principle, the velocity, particles distribution, and loading rate were analyzed. The effect of the matching relationship of the rotational speed and helix angle between the front and rear drum are also discussed. The results show that a lower front drum rotational speed had a positive impact on improving the loading performance, and the loading rate first increases and then decreases with the increase in rear drum rotational speed. The optimal loading performance was obtained in the range 60–67.5 rpm. The front drum’s helix angle had no evident effect on loading performance, and the loading rate increase with the increase in the rear drum’s helix angle. The results provide a reference and guidance for operation parameters selection, structure design, and drum optimization.

A robot based on STC12C5A60S2 single-chip-microcomputer is designed for improving the production efficiency and reducing repetitive work. The system could identify path by detecting metal using eddy current sensor. By ways of the single-chip-microcomputer controlling stepper motor, the robot can run according to the predetermined route, judge independently cargo range and deliver the goods to the designated location. The implementation methods of the important links, such as mechanical structure design, path recognition and steering engine driving and so on are introduced, the system of which make the information interaction with computer through ISP-module (In-system-programming).by testing the model, it shows that the system can meet the design goals of handling goods automatically, and it has higher application value of reducing the accident rate of worker in repeated works and improving labor productivity.

It is very important whether it is to ensure production efficiency, save costs and shorten construction periods. For the newly emerging prefabricated buildings, their structural design will become more efficient, accurate and reasonable due to the introduction of BIM technology.

Aiming at there are multifarious small shaft and sleeve subassemblies, in which shape and quantity of parts are different, the adaptable design concept was applied to the design of auto assembly machine product platform for small shaft and sleeve subassemblies. According to the general structure design and the module partition for the product platform, a parameterized design method that the number of stations is the main parameter was proposed. And the parameterized product platform, which can be suitable for the automatic assembling of multifarious small shaft and sleeve subassemblies and can be upgraded, was founded. Thus, the universality of the product platform is improved, and the product design cycle is shortened.

At present the hole digging pile is excavated in artificial by digging the hole .This method usually works in low efficiency, high labor intensity of workers and poor security situations. So through the analysis of the artificial excavating pile 's requirement, there is necessary to create a new structural of a machine with the help of pneumatic conveying system to dump soil. In this paper the authors introduce a hand-held excavator which has the above structure in excavating. This machine adopted a motor as a power device, used secondary gear reducer to achieve speed-down, and drill bit was driven by the transmission shaft to complete the excavation. The machine has the digging ability of 240mm excavation pit diameter, simple structure design. It can meet one man operation requirements, and can be carried easily.

a cold extrusion forming process in die structure of plug extremity is analyzed in this paper, its technological data on the tooling structure design of plug extremity are discussed, and the die architecture design and key technology in the automatic extrusion machine for plug extremity with cold extrusion forming approach were accomplished. This plug extremity equipment developed with cold extrusion forming process technology can not only achieved the process of delivering material, extruding forming and cutting-off material in automatically, but also enhanced the rigidity and intension at two ends of plug. The production efficiency and the material used ratio were increased greatly, the manufacturing cost was decreased obviously, and the plug quality with cold extrusion forming method was ensured.
