The economic conditions nowadays with the increased international competition, open borders, and easier money circulation in the market have created the need for additional production, while unemployment rates have been on the rise making adults required to enrich their knowledge attend training seminars in order to achieve a successful transition from the education stage to the labor market. These new market conditions have led to the promotion of professional development and training of the workforce, which will be achieved through vocational education (Valiente et al., 2020, Saar et al., 2013). At the same time, the need for more opportunities for personal and social development and employment has created lifelong learning in post-secondary education. Subsidized training programs are very often implemented, organized by large organizations, in order to provide additional knowledge to adult workers and the unemployed, regardless of age, level of knowledge, degree, and specialty. This study explores the motivation and the criteria of the participation in one of the Subsidized Unemployed Program with the title “Export Trade Executive”. According to the results of the research, the driving force for the participation of adults in this kind of program is the professional development of the participants, the improvement of their professional skills, the adaptation to the new technological data, but also socialization through the program.

Article visualizations:

Cyberattacks against the elements of technological data transmission networks represent a rather significant threat of disrupting the management of regional electric power complexes. Therefore, evaluating the functioning quality of data transmission networks in the context of cyberattacks is an important task that helps to make the right decisions on the telecommunication support of electric power systems. The known models and methods for solving this problem have limited application areas determined by the admissible packet distribution laws. The paper proposes a new method for evaluating the quality of the functioning of data transmission networks, based on modeling the process of functioning of data transmission networks in the form of a stochastic network. The proposed method removes restrictions on the form of the initial distributions and makes the assumptions about the exponential distribution of the expected time and packet servicing in modern technological data transmission networks unnecessary. The method gives the possibility to evaluate the quality of the network functioning in the context of cyberattacks for stationary Poisson transmission and self-similar traffic, represented by Pareto and Weibul flows models. The obtained evaluation results are in good agreement with the data represented in previously published papers.

AbstractThis research work is targeting to demonstrate that micromirror arrays can also be fabricated successfully on flexible substrates—not only on glass substrates. The paper reports on the technological data of a successful process on a flexible substrate for curvilinear surfaces. Polyethylene naphthalate substrate was selected for its low cost, strong resistance against chemicals which are used in fabrication process and sufficient optical transmission for the visible and near infrared spectrum. Finally, electrostatic actuation of the fabricated micromirror structures is proven experimentally.

Diode structures with ferromagnetic narrow-gap semiconductors A3FeB5 as only p-region (p-GaFeSb/n-InGaAs), only n-region (n-InFeSb/p-InGaAs), p- and n-regions (p-GaFeSb/n-InFeSb, p-GaFeSb/n-InFeAs) for p-n junction were fabricated by pulsed laser deposition in vacuum. The composition of ferromagnetic semiconductor layers and their thicknesses, determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, generally correspond to the technological data for diode structures. In particular, the thickness of the GaFeSb layer is 25–30 nm, and the thickness of the InFeAs and InFeSb layers is 35–40 nm. The iron content in InFeSb ranges from 25 to 35 at.%. The GaFeSb layer contains from 15 to 41 iron at. %, and the InFeAs layer - 35 iron at. %. The chemical analysis of the structures revealed the presence of chemical bonds Fe-As (Sb), In-Fe and Fe-Ga. Therefore, it can be assumed that Fe atoms in the fabricated structures can substitute for elements of groups III and V simultaneously. All structures exhibit the effect of negative magnetoresistance at sufficiently low observation voltages of the effect (up to 50 mV), in low magnetic fields (up to 3600 Oe), and at high measurement temperatures. For GaFeSb/InFeSb, GaFeSb/InFeAs diodes, negative magnetoresistance was first observed at room temperature. The hysteresis form of the dependences of the resistance on the magnetic field suggests the effect of the ferromagnetic properties of the layers of narrow-gap semiconductors on the transport of carriers in the structures.

The relations for calculating of the extrusion technology modes are proposed. The material under conditions of hot deformation is assumed to be viscoplastic, relaxing due to creep. The energy equation of equilibrium applied to the discontinuous fi eld of displacement velocities and the damage kinetics equations to the deforming material are used. Calculation and technological data and product samples are given.

The pig population in Hungary was about 8 million in 1990, while this number dropped to only 2.8 million by 2018. The previously so successful integrated domestic pig farming has almost completely disappeared and most of the smaller farms still operating in the 1990s are no longer functioning. At present, a process of concentration can be observed, which was accompanied by the further specialization of pig farming. The main profile of most pig farms is fattening, but there is a smaller number of farms in Hungary today specialized for piglet production, the successful operation of which requires significantly more expertise and more complex technology. The main aim of this study is to present the production and economic indicators of a pig farm specialized in piglet production in Hungary as a result of a greenfield investment in the current economic environment, on a case study basis. For this purpose, an economic simulation was prepared based on primary data collection, operating on a deterministic basis, modelling the production and economic processes of the farm. The performed calculation does not derive the economic indicators of the activity from accounting records, but assigns the prices of natural inputs used on the basis of technological data. Primary data and information collection (e.g. technological data, input and output prices, unit cost items, etc.) took place between 2018-2019. At the purchase prices of pigs in the last two years, which have increased significantly due to the African Swine Fever (ASF), the majority of pig farms in Hungary have an outstanding profit-making capacity. The physical efficiency indicators of the analysed pig farm are almost identical to the average data of such farms in the Netherlands, which has one of the most developed pig industry. The income of the examined pig farm at farm level is about 734 thousand EUR, i.e. 232 EUR per sow. Moreover, this activity is profitable even without subsidies. As a result, the greenfield investment pays off in the 8th year by default (average scenario). The investment has a Net Present Value (NPVr=3%) of EUR 2,609 thousand for 10 years, an Internal Rate of Return of 8.5%, and a Profitability Index (PIr=3%) of 1.3. At the same time, risk factors such as sales prices, output and capacity utilization, and feed costs should be taken into consideration as in extreme cases the return on investment may be unfavourable (pessimistic scenario). In the frame of the Aurignacian to Gravettian «transition», this research aims at highlighting the modalities of this shift in the middle Prut and Dniestr area through the comparison of bladelets production schemes in both cultural entities. Two Late Aurignacian assemblages from Mitoc-Malu Galben (Romania) and relevant materials from Molodova V (Ukraine) were then examined in this perspective. In the case of Mitoc-Malu Galben, qualitative preliminary results underline the consistence and continuity of production from «Aurignacian I» to «III» levels, which aims for twisted naturally blanks produced from convergent shaped knapping surfaces. Less documented, the «Aurignacian III Supйrieur» level seems to follow, despite some potential slight discrepancies. In Molodova V, cultural horizons 10 and 9 apply to a different consistent pattern, as cores are shaped and exploited to produce straighter blanks with parallel sides. Those technological insights reaffirm the independent identity of the local Gravettian in comparison to the Aurignacian. Based only on the large set of radiocarbon dates available for both sites, a simultaneity model arises, in slight contradiction with the technological data. Then, a «classic» succession model should not be left aside. Re-investigation of contextual data, including association of materials to dates, is needed to confirm any population dynamics model.
