During silage harvesting, silage corn stalk is compressed by a feeding device and fed into the shearing device to be sheared into qualified segments to make silage fermentation easier. To optimize the working quality of the existing silage harvester and reduce energy consumption, it’s necessary to make a comprehensive analysis of the longitudinal compressing and shearing properties of the silage corn stalks and get a reliable shearing model. According to the different structural properties of the silage corn stalks, the main factors affecting the shearing energy consumption and their levels were obtained by compressing and shearing tests on internodes and nodes in this paper. The results of three-level and three-factor experiments showed that the overall shearing energy consumption for nodes was much higher than that for internodes. Compressing the silage corn stalk to some extent before shearing at the loading direction of 0° and lower shearing speed was beneficial to saving energy during the process of shearing off the silage corn stalk. The reduced energy requirements of the silage corn stalk could be exploited advantageously to present new reference for the feeding and cutting mechanisms of silage harvester. The research results can provide a reference for silage corn harvesting.

Textile-and-garment industry is one of the largest economic sectors in Vietnam, with 4000 enterprises and a turnover of 20 billion USD/year. Therefore, designing and manufacturing are essential tasks for roll fabric cutting machines to serve the textile and garment industry. First of all, theoretical calculations are formulated for an automatic roll cutting machine. Then, simulations are conducted by a combination of MITcalc and Catia software. A prototype of a fabric cutting machine is manufactured and experiments are implemented. The experimental results show that the machine stably works and overcomes the disadvantages of the popular cutting machines with the core-free roll on the market. The results also found that the size tolerance is achieved about ± 0.5 mm, and this ensures good working quality. Perfecting the review of the annual report of land reclamation is extremely important to reform the annual report system of land reclamation, which is helpful to the effectiveness of land reclamation supervision. The review of the annual report of land reclamation means that the subjects of land reclamation supervision review the materials or data submitted by the supervised units to realize the supervision of land reclamation activities. This article uses the research method of normative analysis to examine the relevant norms of the review of land reclamation annual report by analyzing the completeness and rationality of the review subjects and review methods of land reclamation annual report, and tries to propose to coordinate the supervision of supervisory departments and improve the working quality of supervisors in order to improve the supervisory capability of the subjects of the annual report of land reclamation, and tries to refine the off-site supervision and strengthen the coordination of off-site supervision and on-site inspection to improve the review methods of the annual report of land reclamation systematically, which will provide specific guidance for the existing review clauses.

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami kinerja karyawan di salah satu rumah sakit swasta pada tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling (probability sampling), dengan menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 86 orang. Data dianalisis dengan analisis bivariat menggunakan chi-square dengan ? = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap sekitar 51,16% (44 orang) memiliki kualitas kerja minor dari 86 responden. Responden dengan kualitas kerja yang baik adalah 51,16% (44 orang). Efektivitas minor responden adalah 65,12% (56 orang). 51,16% (44 orang) memiliki kebiasaan tepat waktu yang buruk, dan responden dengan independensi rendah adalah 62,79% (54 orang). Perbedaan proporsi hasil yang bermakna secara statistik status pekerjaan responden dengan kualitas karyawan adalah (p = 0,013). Ada perbedaan proporsi yang bermakna secara statistik antara latar belakang pendidikan responden dan efektivitas (p = 0,044), hasil uji analisis dalam proporsi yang berbeda antara latar belakang pendidikan responden dan tepat waktu adalah (p = 0,10). Hasil analisis uji coba pada proporsi umur responden yang berbeda dengan independensi kerja adalah (p = 0,047). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah setiap hasil penelitian ini terhadap kinerja sub-variabel, ini menunjukkan total dari hasil kinerja karyawan secara umum, yaitu 52,33% (45 orang) dari 86 responden yang berarti kinerja karyawan dapat dikategorikan baik. Beberapa saran yang disarankan dalam penelitian ini, mereka meningkatkan kualitas kerja dan menggunakan teknologi, dana, dan semua peralatan di rumah sakit diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan.Kata Kunci : Performa, karyawan, rumah sakit ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to understand the employees’ performance at private hospital in 2016. This research is a descriptive quantitative studies with cross sectional design. The sampling technique used random sampling (probability sampling), by using proportionate stratified random sampling technique with 86 persons as the samples. Data was analised with bivariate analysis using chi-square with ?=0.05. The result of this research reveal around 51.16% (44 persons) have a minor working quality out of 86 respondents. Respondents with good working quality are 51.16% (44 persons). The minor effectiveness of respondents is 65.12% (56 persons). 51.16% (44 persons) have a bad punctual habit, and respondents with low independence are 62.79% (54 persons). The different valuable proportion result statistically employment status of respondents with employees quality is (p=0.013). There is difference valuable proportion statistically between the education background of respondents and effectiveness in (p=0.044), the result of analysis trial in different proportion between education background of respondents and punctual is (p=0.10). And the result of trial analysis in different proportion of age of the respondents with working independence is (p=0.047) The conclusion of this research is every results of this research towards sub-variable performance, it shows the total from employees performance result generally, which is 52.33% (45persons) from 86 respondents that means the employees performance can be categorized as good. Some advices are suggested in this study, they are improving the quality of work and using the technology, funding, and all of the equipments in the hospital are needed to finisih a job.Keywords: performance; employee; private hospital

Smooth orientation planning has an important influence on the working quality and service life as for industrial robot. Based on the logarithmic quaternion, a compact method to map a spline curve from Cartesian space to quaternion space is proposed, and consequently the multi-orientation smooth interpolation of quaternion is realized. Combining with the relevant example case, the detailed method and steps of multi-orientation interpolation are introduced for mapping Hermite spline curve into quaternion space, and the validity of the principle is verified by using the example case. The present multi-orientation smooth interpolation of quaternion has the characteristics of simple construction, easy implementation and intuitive understanding. The method is not only applicable to multi-orientation interpolation of quaternion with Hermite spline curve, but also can extended to the spline curves such as Bezier spline and B-spline.

The quality of software production is considered important when testing which is involves several IT Staff such as IT development, operation, end-user. One of the issue was having today is a bug processing where it almost all platforms too difficult to avoid from the bugs and even might be full of the risks. In the main of Our focus is on how to measure and attempt to reduce the number were indicated as bugs from low up to critical levels. Furthermore, we were propose with a method already known as a fuzzy logic approach to measure the severity of the presence of bugs during the testing process. there are 20 thousand even more bugs have been reported and be supposed removed with the fuzzy logic approach with various levels. As The end result is that we have found a gradual 20% reduction in various criteria in the testing process as experimentally. Therefore, fuzzy logic is considered as  effective enough to be able to improve existing methods and support to reduce bugs significantly.

Taking a balanced panel data consisting of 4365 firm-year observations drawn from the listed state-owned enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange over 2007-2015 as the research sample, the paper examines the effect of the employees’ pay-performance sensitivity (PPS) on the future firm performance from the two competing perspectives of “incentive effect” and “risk-aversion effect”, adopting the method of multiple regression analysis based on OLS and applying the SPSS23 as the data processing tool. Theoretical analysis and empirical results demonstrate that there is a positive link between the employees’ PPS and the future firm performance. To improve the employees’ PPS can stimulate the engagement of the employees, improve their working quality, enrich their workplace innovative behavior, and further lead to higher future firm performance. Meanwhile, the positive effect of the employees’ PPS on the future firm performance is, on average, lower than that of the top executives’ PPS on the future firm performance. Implications of the findings are provided in the end.
