This article use the Internet of things technology, supply chain management and the combination of RFID and bar code to establish the traceability system for meat, achieve real-time monitoring and management, aimed at realize the traceability of pork, thus to strengthen the quality management, when quality problem occurs, judge the problem promptly and accurately, ensure food sanitation, promote the healthy development of meat industry.
