This paper has put forward a comprehensive assessment model of the emergency management capability of the coal mine accidents which is based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and has made an empirical analysis. Firstly, the meaning and the key contents of the emergency management capability of coal mine accidents was elaborated. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine accidents emergency management capability was established. And then, the first class index weights were determined by AHP. Finally, this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of a certain regions emergency management capability of coal mine accidents by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

Network security issues have become increasingly prominent, and information security risk assessment is an important part of network security protection. Security risk assessment based on methods such as attack trees, attack graphs, neural networks, and fuzzy logic has problems such as difficulty in data collection during the assessment process, excessive reliance on expert experience, failure to consider the actual network environment, or ineffective joint application. The qualitative and quantitative information security fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method uses the theory of fuzzy mathematics to better solve the above problems, so that the evaluation method is scientific, comprehensive and operable. To improve the accuracy of information security risk assessment in wireless sensor networks, we propose a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on Bayesian attack graphs. This considers the impact of environmental factors of the assessed system on security risk and the spread of the effects on the Bayesian network. Therefore, this model can reflect possible situations due to network attacks in the wireless sensor network system. The results show that this quantitative evaluation method is applicable to assessing risk in wireless sensor network systems, and the results are more objective and accurate.

With the aim to improve the controlling efficiency of engineering project, this essay probes into the comprehensive evaluation of controlling efficiency of engineering project and put forward scientific comprehensive evaluation method to provide support to reasonable comprehensive evaluation of controlling efficiency of engineering project. Complete comprehensive evaluation index system of controlling efficiency of engineering project is constructed from three aspects, i.e. implementation efficiency of construction objective, external coordination efficiency and professional qualification enhancement efficiency; based on matter-element analytical method, mathematic model that could evaluate controlling efficiency of engineering project comprehensively is constructed.

Abstract We used system theory to analyze the structure of a regional drought disaster system and separated the drought disaster risk system into three subsystems. These were drought disaster-causing factors, disaster-inducing environments, and disaster-bearing bodies. Analysis of the main factors of these subsystems allowed the establishment of a regional comprehensive drought disaster risk evaluation index system. To simultaneously evaluate the distribution and development trends of the regional comprehensive drought disaster risk, we established a dynamic evaluation model. Based on the ideas of the projection pursuit clustering method and the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method, the model can make use of multi-dimensional space–time drought disaster information. The model was applied to evaluate comprehensive drought disaster risk in the Xuzhou region, China. The evaluation results show that the method was able to illustrate the development trend and distribution of the comprehensive drought disaster risk in the Xuzhou region. The clustering zoning results show that Pizhou City is the area with the highest risk in Xuzhou, while Fengxian has the lowest. The development trend of comprehensive drought disaster risk with time is not significant.

Six steps for cushioned package development based on the fragility theory are limited in the packaging cost and environmental protection. The author considered synthetically various cushioned packaging design relevant factors and built an assessment model of cushioned package based on multilevel grey evaluation method. By using this model, the author quantized the assessment process, and made it easier to be manipulated. The results of the comprehensive evaluation will be objective and scientific. The model can be widely used in cushioned package scheme optimization.

In order to solve the existent problems of incomplete and ambiguous information during the evaluation on the multiple constraints factors of city underground space development and utilization, this paper applies analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, then Yuzhong District, Yubei District, Beibei District in Chongqing respectively as an example, and comprehensively to evaluate the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization. Example analysis shows that, it has high feasibility and effectiveness that applies the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, and it can contribute to solve fuzziness and uncertainty problems of the evaluation process.
