Basketball skills have the features of difficulty, complexity, demanding, and being more difficult to master. For basketball, the flight trajectory of basketball and its stress analysis have become the hot issues researched by many experts and learners. And throughout the flight, basketball shooting naturally becomes the focus of our study. At present, there are a lot of shooting skills articles, but it mainly focuses on the skills analysis and implementation specification of action, and some evaluation methods of shooting psychology, also it lacks some quantitative theoretical study. Based on the elastic-plastic mechanics theory this paper explores the influence of air on basketball flight, which can provide a theoretical basis for the guidance of basketball this kind of ball sports in the future.

Container houses have exhibited huge advantages in such aspects as building efficiency, environmental protection and sustainability. The theoretical basis of the recycling design of waste container is formed based on the idea of reuse design and the idea modular design and the idea of energy-saving design and the idea of improving design combination. This article also obtained the inventive principle of the reuse design of waste containers from the theory of TRIZ. This article will provides certain references for the future transformation design of the containers.

To better understand the effects of broadband use, there must first be a commitment from policymakers to support evaluation. This volume has made an argument about why policymakers should undertake this investment and has outlined needs and strategies for advancing this knowledge. It has also examined the profession of broadband evaluation itself. The complexity of broadband use demands an evaluation approach that values generalizability and applies multiple research methods. But it also requires a further development of common concepts, improved collection of and access to data, and comparison across policy areas, programs, scales, and time. To do all of this, we need not only more and better evaluation methods but also a research community around broadband evaluation that shares knowledge and effectively communicates evidence for policy. The future impact of broadband technology on effective and equitable use depends on concerted attention by both the research community and policymakers.

Stress categorization is an essential procedure in Design by Analysis (DBA) pressure vessel design methods based on elastic analysis in ASME and EN code. It was difficult to implement especially around structural discontinuities. A new elastic analysis, DBA-L, was proposed recently to avoid stress categorization. A model of the cylindrical pressure vessel with spherical end is used to check the validity of this method by comparing with other design methods based on stress categorization procedures and elastic-plastic stress analysis from ASME and EN code. The results indicate that the DBA-L is an economic and explicit method, and can be used an alternative method to stress categorization.
