Data acquisition card or Daisy chain serial model are widely used in energy monitoring system, but there are still problems to be solved such as the unity of data specification and performance of real time is not high. We proposed that using signal conversion module to unified signal, using serial port servers to achieve standard Modbus RTU protocol to TCP/IP protocol conversion, supplemented by optical fiber transmission to collect data. Thus realizing the unity of data acquisition specifications and improving the data transfer rate and real-time performance, also solving the problems of points dispersion, distance is too long and can not eliminate interference.

Valve base electronic systems (VBE) achieve the effect of controlling the rectifier and inverter by triggering the thyristor breakover or turn-off. This paper based on the LabVIEW interface display software, through the data acquisition card, Art USB2830, real-time acquire the main signal of VBE, namely monitoring the main signal of system, in order to analyze the causes and location of system failure.

To improve data transmission performance of the data acquisition card, a design of high-speed data transmission system is proposed in the thesis. Using FPGA of programmable logic devices, adopting Verilog HDL of hardware description language, the design of modularization and DMA transmission method is implemented in FPGA. Eventually the design implements the data transmission with high-speed through PCI Express interface. Through simulation and verification based on hardware system, this design is proved to be feasible and can satisfy the performance requirements of data transmission in the high-speed data acquisition card applied in high-speed railway communication. The design also has some value of application and reference for a universal data acquisition card.

In order to solve the shortcomings of the landslide monitoring technology method, a set of landslides monitoring and early warning system is designed. It can achieve real-time sensor data acquisition, remote transmission and query display. In addition, aiming at the harsh environment of landslide monitoring and the performance requirements of the monitoring system, an improved minimum hop routing protocol is proposed. It can reduce network energy consumption, enhance network robustness, and improve node layout and networking flexibility. In order to realize the remote transmission of data, GPRS wireless communication is used to transmit monitoring data. Combined with remote monitoring center, real-time data display, query, preservation and landslide warning and prediction are realized. The results show that the sensor data acquisition system is accurate, the system is stable, and the node network is flexible. Therefore, the monitoring system has a good use value.

For large network communication equipment are in need of real time computer maintenance and management, the traditional manual management can't meet this need, so this paper designs a set of real-time data acquisition, intelligent alarm and remote control, large computer room environment monitoring system based on Zigbee. The system is composed of terminal monitoring subsystem, control subsystem and management terminal. The terminal monitoring system consists of ZigBee node through the network, and its data acquisition include temperature, humidity and smoke environmental data; MSP430F1611 and Ethernet module monitoring subsystem are responsible for packet analysis, Ethernet connection, and Web intelligent remote switch control when monitoring data reaches a threshold. The system also can be used in street lamp remote intelligent control, intelligent irrigation control system of greenhouse vegetables and so on. Therefore, it has good application value.

We designed the fault detection equipment for artillery cotrol device, and the performances and faults of the three subsystems can be detected, according to their signal characteristics. In this fault detcetion system, the MCU is used as the master controller, and the A/D conversion chip MAX197 is applied to acquisit and convers data. The data will be processed by the MCU, then be transfered to LCD intelligent terminal through serial port, and finally be displayed and preserved in the terminal. This detection system can complete data acquisition and real-time fault detection, locating the faults to the specific parts. It can also provide expert maintenance proposal in the three subsystems of artillery control device. Besides, this system has great generality and practicability, and it is convenient for upgrating and reforming.
