In a view of the problem of traditional workflow in the manufacturing process management, such as low utilization, complex modeling and difficulty of combing system, modeling based on the commonness of manufacturing enterprise production process, in combination with Activiti workflow engine characteristics, to achieve the goal of integrate process model into system quickly. The whole process, including modeling, packaging, deployment, test validation, is easy to be modified and published quickly. Experimental results show that the Activiti modeling method has the characteristics of flexible, simple and diverse, greatly improvement of the utilization of production process model and the efficiency of modeling.

nformation exchange and sharing are difficult in manufacturing process for manufacturing enterprises, especially for aircraft manufacturing enterprises, which have complex product to fabricate and mass information to handle. To solve this problem, a Single Enterprise BOM (SEBOM) based Aircraft Manufacturing Process Management System (AMPMS) is promoted to support the whole process of aircraft manufacturing, based on the analysis of aircraft manufacturing process and the process of data flowing. In AMPMS, in order to satisfy the information requirement, a SEBOM is established by unifying various BOM data. A unified SEBOM management platform is established to managing distributed and heterogeneous SEBOM data. Furthermore, the key technologies including BOM data mapping and BOM data agent management are discussed in detail. The validity and feasibility of AMPMS system are verified by developing a prototype system.

Through the analysis of the execution and dispatching principle of the Petri net, the business process management mode based on Petri net is proposed. We merge the place node and the transition node, and reside the token in the node. The only token in process instances and the sub-token in parallel process are introduced, which can avoid conflicts caused by multi-tokens. The business process model for the drawings design and approval is established, and it is verified by the workflow modeling system.

In order to reduce the work of repeated nad iterative of process model for manufacturing system, the paper proposed the establishment of three-dimensional "product - process - property" of the modeling methods with matrix mapping technology and mapped products, function, performance, process to model of production system according to the steps. Production system modeling of light-box as a case to detail description of production systems and process modeling. The modeling method with convenience, comprehensive, integrated, inheritable, and sometimes with large amount of calculation.

In the last two decades during which the competitive business environment increased, it became crucial for each company to find the most accurate strategy to make survive its business. For that reason they need to manage and control their costs. Life Cycle Costing is one of these tools, which helps to analyse the cost of a product in the whole life of a product. To be competitive, the organisations have to optimize not only their products but also all their processes. Manufacturing Process Management (MPM) addresses the area between product design and production. Therefore MPM supports to optimize the manufacturing area of a factory. With different virtual scenarios the best solution of the manufacturing process can be obtained and at the same time it is possible to reduce time to market, costs and increase the quality. The focus of this paper is to integrate Life Cycle Costing tools and methods in the MPM part of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). We will discuss the implementation of Activity Based Costing (ABC) and Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) methods in a PLM tool for an early design decision support.

Semantic Business Process Management (SBPM) bridges the gap between business and IT by taking advantage of the Semantic Web technologies. The foundation for SBPM is the detailed ontological description of enterprise models. These models encompass also business processes taking place in enterprises. Within this chapter, we show how the process-oriented knowledge may be captured for the needs of SBPM. For this reason, we describe semantically enhanced Business Process Modeling Notation (sBPMN) being a conceptualization of one of the main process modeling notations with the fast growing popularity among the tool vendors, namely BPMN. The sBPMN ontology is based on the BPMN specification and may be used as a serialization format by the BPMN modeling tools, thus, making creation of annotations invisible to users. In this chapter, we also present an example of a process model description.
