With the development of construction industry, engineering projects are becoming more and more large and complicated that makes the informatization more and more important, at the same time it produced a need of evaluation of engineering project informatization. A rough evaluation of engineering project informatization is established, and using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the model quantitatively. Authors run the rough evaluation model by using the data of a simulation investigation performed on one project and obtain a result of the project's informatization level.

According to constraint elements more and more appearing in the comprehensive forms, and at present it only considers that single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization has been unable to reflect the actual situation. On the basis of the main characteristics of city underground space development and utilization, this paper aims to analyze various factors which may cause the consequence and the frequency of appearance, and to construct evaluation index system of city underground space development and utilization which is composed of 5 one-level indexes, 20 two-level indexes of evaluation index system of multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, and to use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the influence on city underground space development and utilization. Analysis of the example application shows that, it only considers single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization is not comprehensive, and not science, and it needs to consider the correlation between various constraint elements.

Implementation of reverse logistics is the foundation of developing circular economy and realizing sustainable development. According to the characters of green logistics, multi level evaluation index system of green degree of reverse logistics system is built in this paper, the weight of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process, the system green degree is evaluated by applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the result is analyzed. The result shows that the method is simple, accurate and has a good application.

Based on the gearbox as the research object, we discussed the problem: how to confirm every part’s weight when assess gearbox’s state by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Contraposing the main problem of the weight-fixed Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) that ignoring every part’s fault degree in the process of evaluation, a variable weight method is proposed base on the rate of fault degree contribution. And to a state known gearbox, the weight of each part in the whole gearbox assessment is confirmed by the AHP and the variable weight method respectively. The comparison of the two assessment results shows that the result get by the variable weight method is more close to the gearbox’s real state, so this method is more accurate. What’s more this method is very simple, and can be used in real project.

This paper presents an optimization method for gear processes; through this method, the most worth optimized processes can be obtained and optimized, thus improving the reliability and supportability of gear products. Firstly, the POPN (Process Optimization Priority Number) analysis method considering the current process level and the process improvement cost is proposed with reference to the RPN (Risk Priority Number) analysis method to obtain the most worth optimized processes. Due to the fact that the unreasonable weight distribution of importance (I), changing difficulty (C), rationality (R), and detective difficulty (D) still exists in the POPN analysis, then combining the POPN analysis method and the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and rank the FPOPN (fuzzy POPN) level of each process, the higher the FPOPN level is, the more the process should be optimized. Finally, according to the evaluation results, some processes with high FPOPN level are optimized and the optimal parameters’ combination of these processes is obtained through the tests based on the Taguchi method. A detailed optimization example is also given from the beginning to end in accordance with the above methods, and compared with the original process gears, the optimized gears have a big increase in gear performance through the above optimization method.

In order to allocate the highway emergency resources rationally, with the timeliness, importance, scarcity and capital occupancy of the emergency supplies used as evaluation indexes, this paper use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the emergency resource demands. The paper provides a comprehensive evaluation of resource requirements for highway emergency resources ,such as the highway patrol car, sweeper truck, fire engines, medical vehicles and wrecker. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the results are rational, effective and more consistent with reality, on which can be based in emergency resource allocation.
