Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) refers to a decision-making method that decomposes the elements related to decision-making into goals, criteria, plans, and other levels and performs qualitative and quantitative analysis. Ecotourism is one component of sustainable tourism. Due to ecotourism activity, ecotourism links the reserved area with local residents and tourists. The aim of this research is to identify the proper ecotourism activity in Diaoluo Mountain National Nature Reserve with the help of the AHP method. The motivation behind the use of AHP is its widespread use in the decision-making process of selection of suitable candidate or alternative spot for tourists’ activity in the domain of ecotourism. The result shows that the most suitable ecotourism activity is “visit and experience life in the original ecology villages of Li and Miao ethnic minorities with a guide.” The proposed AHP decision-making method has effectively been used to select ecotourism activity based on multiple criteria evaluations.

The goal of the following text is to analyze the changes in television advertising in the banking and automobile sectors, according to the social context. The hypothesis is that communication is significantly influenced by the situational context, causing differences between the advertising of the two sectors. A multimodal discourse analysis is used, comparing twenty commercials from the banking and automobile sectors in 2019 and 2020, the period during which the lockdown due to COVID-19 took place. Based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis tables were developed with which to analyze general data such as the value proposition or target audience of the advert, or other special data like the text (verb tenses, rhetorical figures…), the image and the sound used. The fact that context is decisive in communication is made evident, and since this is different in every sector, the communication strategy is clearly different as well. However, the points that the two sectors have in common are remarkable: these range from talking about brands and products, to speaking for and about people.

The purpose of this study is to describe the monitoring of the Implementation of the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) at the Kopang District Primary Schools in 2021. The research method used is a descriptive method. The research data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that in order to improve the quality and quantity of the implementation of ANBK in the future, it is necessary to: (1) Improve the competence of educators and education staff in preparing literacy and numeracy-oriented questions in each subject through workshops. (2) Capacity building of educators and education staff in implementing school digitization through IHT. (3) Increasing the provision of ANBK facilities and infrastructure by procuring at least one IT laboratory space in one school cluster through DAK. (4) Increasing the availability of computer/laptop equipment through the use of Regular/Affirmative/Performance BOS funds. (5) Capacity building of school principals in school management. (6) Increasing the capacity of school supervisors in academic supervision and managerial supervision. (7) Empowerment of KKG, KKKS and KKPS forums in completing their respective main tasks and functions.

Social informatization and virtualization are changing the living environment and life values. The article introduces a meta-analysis of the axiological identity of Russian students at various stages of the social digitalization. The authors selected sources, defined their relevance based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and performed their qualitative and quantitative analysis. The sample included 90 publications, 53 of which featured Russian students. The resulting trends in the axiological identity of Russian students were compared with foreign studies. The research revealed the following developmental trends in the life values of Russian students: individualistic values are giving way to collective ones, and conservative values are becoming more and more significant.

Lapatinib is a small molecule, a heterocyclic quinazoline derivative. The drug is used for targeted therapy of patients with breast cancer, in which there is overexpression of the human epidermal growth factor receptors (HER/ErbB). This review is devoted to studying modern instrumental methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of lapatinib, which can be used both for quality control and standardization (of bulk pharmaceuticals and dosage forms) and pharmacokinetics studies of a drug. Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) is mainly used to identify lapatinib in tablets. Depending on the purpose of the study, various detectors are used (ultraviolet or diode-matrix detector), which makes it possible to determine not only the native compound but also the products of its degradation. Definition of lapatinib in the presence of degraded products is necessary for forced degradation studies to determine drug stability. When a drug is being developed, it is important to define and understand its pharmacokinetics. For such studies, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with the mass selective detector is often used. It allows determining lapatinib in biological fluids. However, these methods are not applicable for identifying the drug directly in dosage forms and require further development and validation.
