<p class="p0">Under the background of the world's environment problem increasingly prominent, to develop the low carbon energy saving construction technology is particularly important. In this paper, the current low carbon energy saving building design principles and strategies are discussed in this paper, and as an example of the project of Experience Centre of low-carbon ecological park in Sino-Singapore Tianjin ECO-City, the evaluation of the current advantages and disadvantages of low carbon energy saving building design in our country.</p>

According to the current application situation and domestic energy of our current building energy efficiency design analysis software, in view of the current traditional energy-saving design method can't meet the need of practical problems, put forward the BIM (building information modeling) analysis technology and building energy consumption are combined, anew design method for energy saving building. Application of BIM technology to create virtual building model contains all the information architecture, the virtual building model into the building energy analysis software, identification, automatic conversion and analyzing a large number of construction data information includes in the model, which is convenient to get the building energy consumption analysis.

In the background of low carbon economy,the necessity of green ecology for cultural buildings is stated briefly and some principles are put forward about the green ecological design of cultural buildings. That is, specific culture inheritance should be paid attention to; specific building should adapt to specific local conditions; location and layout should be decided scientifically and reasonably; and even energy saving technology should be applied to each monomer building. In the monomer building design, reasonable shape coefficient should be used; energy saving design for enclosure structure should be preceded; effective sunshade design should be adapted; solar energy should be made full use of; green design should be three-dimensional; collection and storage equipment of rain should be popularized in the little rain areas and so on to realize the harmony of building, environment, and the people.

For economic sustainable economic development, energy conservation and environmental protection must be an important strategic move. According to the survey,there are 7.057 billions of residents on this planet , facing a serious situation that land is only 29% of the star area, on which plain takes 1/3 and remains are mountainous region. With such a situation of lower residence and higher population, we must take it into consideration that living states in mountainous region. Due to resent years of high speed financial development among China, residential housing areas increase nearly 2 billions sq per year, among which rural residential building takes half part of the total national area. How to improve living condition and concentrate on low-carbon energy saving would be a required course of every modern architect. Traditional residence in mountainous would offer us modern architects many great ideas. This paper is going to research those out-standing features of Sandu village of Yangquan, Shanxi province.
