In view of the questions that heavy oil has badly flow condition and lifting efficient, and considering low carbon, energy conservation and environment as goal, an advanced artificial lift technology of cyclic nature gas heat insulation and geothermal temperature heating is developed, and the temperature calculation model of the technology was founded. The analysis that different cyclic nature gas volume, cyclic depth and oil production affect the formation produced fluid temperature distribution was made. The result is that the formation produced fluid temperature increases with the addition of cyclic depth and the function of rising temperature decreases from cyclic depth to wellhead, and that the formation produced fluid temperature increases with the addition of oil production and cyclic nature gas volume. A certain well as example, using the technology, the formation produced fluid temperature increases 11.14°C, compared to the conventional artificial lift technology. And it is favorable for surface transportation.

According to the survey,there are 7.057 billions of residents on this planet , facing a serious situation that land is only 29% of the star area, on which plain takes 1/3 and remains are mountainous region. With such a situation of lower residence and higher population, we must take it into consideration that living states in mountainous region. Due to resent years of high speed financial development among China, residential housing areas increase nearly 2 billions sq per year, among which rural residential building takes half part of the total national area. How to improve living condition and concentrate on low-carbon energy saving would be a required course of every modern architect. Facing climate change, developing low carbon economy has become an inevitable solution for China. This essay tries to establish the evaluation index system in five aspects, namely low carbon energy consuming level; low carbon technological level; economical developing level; social support level and natural environmental level. Meanwhile, by using factor analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, it comes to the conclusion that the low carbon development level of Hunan province is on a trend of increasing improvement, nonetheless there remains room for amelioration to reach the low carbon economy standard,and Finally, it propose the measures for energy saving.

This paper put forward some advantages of natural gas power generation, in the views of power generation efficiency and environmental protection perspective, compared with common fossil fuel power generation, and through comparing the economy, we elaborate the superiority of natural gas power generation. Simultaneously, there brings in the new technology of catalytic combustion in gas generation, which would improve power generation efficiency and reduce pollution in industrial fields. We also propose the corresponding solution to salve the difficulties encountered by the technology promotion, so as to achieve Low carbon energy saving.
