With the rapid development of economy, computer technology with the advantages of real-time performance, and high efficiency has been rapidly applied in the field of financial management. The construction of financial management system, which is of digitization and informationization, becomes more and more comprehensive. How to determine the "optimal cash holdings" is the key and difficult decision for financial management in modern enterprises. This paper firstly discusses the development status of modern computer financial management technology, and then makes comparative analysis of the existing four kinds of optimal cash holdings models. On this basis, it has constructed the optimal cash holdings model with Baumol by the aid of computer technology, and the model has been carried out computer simulation and analysis in this paper. The results show that the constructed optimal cash holdings model can help enterprise finance make reasonable decision, which is very helpful to improve the efficiency of financial management.

In the society with the rapid development and popularization of computer technology, the management information system has become the hot field of software development. It runs stably in the browsers, like IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9 and FireFox, with high efficiency, sound security, friendly interface and simple operation. It has done research on the design and realization process of HTML5 off-line data storage on the Android platform. Under the Eclipse integrated development environment, with Android SDK and HTML5 grammar, develop the system, which realize the functions of off-line storage, addition, deletion and modification of user data. It enables the application of HTML5 of Android platform and has made detailed analysis on the Android platform and HTML5 application module. The result indicates, the webpage application design of HTML5 conducted on the Android platform, is simple and fast, which can better meet the demand of Android cellphone users.

With the rapid development of modern computer technology, computer information management system has basically replaced the information statistics based on handwritten records. Due to the rapid development of computer technology, big changes have happened in people's way of life. Accordingly, along with the network technology and the computer technology development, the teaching method also develops rapidly. From the initial projection technology to the current multimedia classroom, microphone audio screen is available. At present, most online teaching platforms provide students with a unified teaching process, and cannot provide corresponding learning resources according to the different characteristics of learners. In order to ameliorate the efficiency of educational information, it is necessary to arouse the enthusiasm of students in the process of learning, and a variety of multimedia network learning platforms begin to be established. Through the technology of network, database and so on, the design of the network teaching platform is realized successfully. With the rapid development of Internet technology and wide use of computer, digitalization also gets large growth attributes to the surprisingly fast development of science and technology at college. The data sharing has become the bottleneck of digital campus development between the financial system and the use of digital campus data files. In this paper, we make the analysis financial data of the financial system and the digital campus network data sharing, automated processing strategies, and achieve the financial data subscription, automated data extraction. Combining financial system and informatization together with the purpose of realizing a complete sharing of financial information, we have designed the college financial management system, which includes the subsystems: account management, student fees management, compensation management and so on. This paper also makes firstly introduction of the technology adopted in the system and explain the function of each subsystem.

Based on analyzing the characteristics of the financial management system in Guangxi colleges and universities, the work optimized the procedure of financial management. In the rapid development of the computer industry, the development of big data technology is getting faster and faster, and the requirements for data processing in corporate accounting and financial management are becoming more and more stringent. Therefore, the effective integration of computer data processing technology and corporate financial management is conducive to improving the overall efficiency of accounting work and improving the integrity of accounting information. Accounting informationization is the main development trend that must be faced in the process of financial management of Chinese enterprises. In the development of accounting informatization, we need to effectively apply computer technology and computer internal management procedures to realize the automation of financial work and intelligent operation and management. This will help improve the overall level of financial management and promote the healthy and stable development of my country’s accounting industry. However, there are still some problems when we promote the application of accounting management on computers. In consequence, we need to study and analyze these problems and propose effective improvement measures. Only in this way can the corporate accounting management work be effectively combined with computer technology and the level of accounting informationization can be improved.
