In the society with the rapid development and popularization of computer technology, the management information system has become the hot field of software development. It runs stably in the browsers, like IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9 and FireFox, with high efficiency, sound security, friendly interface and simple operation. It has done research on the design and realization process of HTML5 off-line data storage on the Android platform. Under the Eclipse integrated development environment, with Android SDK and HTML5 grammar, develop the system, which realize the functions of off-line storage, addition, deletion and modification of user data. It enables the application of HTML5 of Android platform and has made detailed analysis on the Android platform and HTML5 application module. The result indicates, the webpage application design of HTML5 conducted on the Android platform, is simple and fast, which can better meet the demand of Android cellphone users.

With development and progress of the network communication technology and computer technology , the office automation obtains the rapid development, in order to promote the development of automation level of college office workers. In view of correcting the students' homework heavy tasks for the current university teachers ,for resolving the heavy tasks of correcting the students' homework and improving efficiency, the paper adopts J2EE platform combine with JBPM workflow technology, design a three-tier system of the whole system and realize the whole system, develops with the function perfect, simple operation ,the contact surface friendly, the safe stable homework correction management system, so that the system has high operating efficiency, good extendibility and maintainability.

With the rapid development of computer technology, embedded system is more and more widely used. The embedded hardware system was designed by taking Samsung ARM7TDMI CPU as the core. And a small uClinux system was embedded into this hardware system. Various kinds of applications in uClinux system can be developed. This thesis introduced one of those applications, which is embedded web server and its protocol-HTTP. In this thesis, the embedded system based on ARM had been developed. Our embedded system has the characters of low cost and high efficiency. It is at large applicated on business forwardly.

The rapid development of data generation sources such as digital sensors, networks, and smart devices along with their extensive use is leading to create huge database and coins the term Big Data. Cloud Computing enables computing resources such as hardware, storage space and computing tools to be provided as IT services in a pay-as-you-go fashion with high efficiency and effectiveness. Cloud-based technologies with advantages over traditional platforms are rapidly utilized as potential hosts for big data. However, privacy and security is one of major issue in cloud computing due to its availability with very limited user-side control. This chapter proposes security architecture to prevent and secure the data and application being deployed in cloud environment with big data technology. This chapter discuss the security issues for big data in cloud computing and proposes Meta Cloud Data Storage architecture to protect big data in cloud computing environment.

With the rapid development of economy, computer technology with the advantages of real-time performance, and high efficiency has been rapidly applied in the field of financial management. The construction of financial management system, which is of digitization and informationization, becomes more and more comprehensive. How to determine the "optimal cash holdings" is the key and difficult decision for financial management in modern enterprises. This paper firstly discusses the development status of modern computer financial management technology, and then makes comparative analysis of the existing four kinds of optimal cash holdings models. On this basis, it has constructed the optimal cash holdings model with Baumol by the aid of computer technology, and the model has been carried out computer simulation and analysis in this paper. The results show that the constructed optimal cash holdings model can help enterprise finance make reasonable decision, which is very helpful to improve the efficiency of financial management.

With the rapid development of road traffic, real-time vehicle counting is very important in the construction of intelligent transportation systems (ITSs). Compared with traditional technologies, the video-based method for vehicle counting shows great importance and huge advantages in its low cost, high efficiency, and flexibility. However, many methods find difficulty in balancing the accuracy and complexity of the algorithm. For example, compared with traditional and simple methods, deep learning methods may achieve higher precision, but they also greatly increase the complexity of the algorithm. In addition to that, most of the methods only work under one mode of color, which is a waste of available information. Considering the above, a multi-loop vehicle-counting method under gray mode and RGB mode was proposed in this paper. Under gray and RGB modes, the moving vehicle can be detected more completely; with the help of multiple loops, vehicle counting could better deal with different influencing factors, such as driving behavior, traffic environment, shooting angle, etc. The experimental results show that the proposed method is able to count vehicles with more than 98.5% accuracy while dealing with different road scenes.
