This paper selected one bonded prestressed concrete box beam which was No.33-2 in the left picture of shahe bridge of one highway project as a test beam. We tested the deformation (deflection, residual deformation), strain(stress), cracking condition and cracking width under three cycles loading at the middle of span through the static load test. We compared and analyzed the tested values with the theoretical calculating values, then we get the security of the bonded prestressed concrete box beam can be guaranteed.

Using the finite element software ANSYS to establish the model of prestressed concrete T beam .With the combination of dynamic and static load test data, the objective function was constructed by taking the vertical deflection of the static load test and the top five vertical natural frequency of dynamic test as state variables. The results revealed that,after being modified ,the error between the calculation value and the testal results of the model was converged in a reasonable error range.In addition ,The modified model could be used in the assessment of bridge structure performance,and it shows the practical application value.

This experimental static load test is part of research activities scoped on problematics with involved foundation conditions. Especially for areas with influence of undermining or flood hazard. Concept of experiment was designed like a model situation of interaction between concrete column, concrete slab-on-ground and subsoil. During static load process were measured deformations, tensions inside the experimental model and geotechnical values on contact surface of concrete slab-on-ground and subsoil. These data were processed and presented in this article. The described experimental static load test is part of a series of experiments focusing on the problematics of concrete constructions in interaction with subsoil and was realized at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, VŠB –Technical University of Ostrava.

Static load test was carried out on Hengshui interchange ramp bridge of Lin-Chang expressway. The superstructure of the bridge is cast-in-place prestressed concrete continuous box-girder. The actual service state of the bridge is analyzed by the comparison of experimental and calculation results. The study provides the initial technical files and the basis of acceptance, operation, maintenance and management for the bridge.

The yanmiao bridges are used in the 32m prestressed concrete simply-supported box girders on the wuhan-guangzhou passengers dedicated line,they are constucted in the mobile form.To ensure the constuction safety and the accurated line,static load test and monitor for the mobile form were did.The result of test and monitor showed that in the state of work the different parts’force of the mobile form is in the elastic range. The entire beam deflection curve linear is reasonable, they provided the test reference for the the setting of the pre-camber and the control of the box girder’s height.

The author carried out static load test research on a prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge. Under the action of static load, the most unfavorable section JM3 on the beam body was measured. The stress and deflection values at each measuring point were measured. The results show that the check coefficient of stress and deflection at each measuring point of the box girder does not exceed the standard limit value 1, the relative residual strain or deformation at each measuring point does not exceed the standard limit value 20%, and the overall bearing capacity of the bridge structure meets the normal use requirements of the design load (highway-I class).

Fu Feng highway prestressed concrete bridge is located in Changchun City which is the capital and largest city of Jilin province and it located in the northeast of China. The strengthening of the bridge structural members can be attempted by replacing poor quality or defective materials by better quality materials, attaching additional load-bearing materials, and re-distribution of the loading actions through imposed deformation on the structure system. The objectives of this study are to explain the strengthening process of damaged structural members of Fu Feng bridge, and to evaluate the performance of the bridge structure by adopting static load test. The strengthening process of damaged structural members includes three stages. These stages include the strengthening of box girders floor by casting of 10cm of reinforced concrete in the floor of box girder within the location of positive bending moment in the mid-span and edge span, the strengthening of box girders web by pasting steel plates in the inside of the right and left of box girders, and the strengthening of the transverse beam of piers No. 18 and No. 19 by using carbon fiber sheet. The results of static load test show that the values of testing coefficient ( ) of stress range from 0.83 to 0.92 are less than allowable value 1.05. Therefore, these values satisfy the allowable value of standard, indicating that the structural member has a certain strength reserve and the working state of the bridge structure in good state. the ratio between the measured and theoretical deflection is 1.41 and 1.68 for condition 3 more than allowable value 0.8, indicating that the state of stiffness is not good and there are still a serious shortage in stiffness of structure. Therefore, this study recommended that the bridge structural members need to re-strengthen by using other effective technical and materials to increase the stiffness of structural members of the bridge.
