Facing growing international and domestic competitive pressure, companies propose the development of a comprehensive information management strategy; in the process of enterprise Informationization construction, very important thing about the construction of network study environment for enterprises. Papers in reconciling efficiency, robustness, and security of the system on the basis of focusing on system "against" and "applicable" were studied.

On the basis of the study on the expressway management business flow as well as the SOA architecture concept, this paper designs the overall framework for a systematical expressway management information platform, which includes network of 3 levels, grading processing, comprehensive monitoring, comprehensive information application management, web portal and security system, and then designs the overall technical frame of this platform. Road administration is the core part of highway administration and the concentrated reflection of external highway administrative management. In addition to the approval of highway property, construction, maintenance and management, its main contents also involve the highway maintenance, highway entrance fee management and other road maintenance. It covers a wide range and there is so much information of deferent types to be processed and used. Although domestic and foreign roads and road administration departments have some information management systems in use, some are special highway road administration information systems[1,2], and some are highway comprehensive information management systems[3], the integrated comprehensive highway information management contents are lack of research, and the professional, comprehensive, open road administration information platform has not been established yet. Therefore, the author conducted the design of constructing advanced road administration information platform structure. This platform uses the service oriented architecture (SOA), integrates advanced information network technology, data communications monitoring and transmission technology, electronic control technology, computer processing technique with 3S, PDA and other advanced technologies, so that it is effectively integrated and used in the highway information management. The construction of the platform will realize the effective and scientific management for highways business, ensuring that the highways are unblocked, and maintaining the road property and rights of highways, thus promoting the development of the industrial management information.

With the growth of industry, hazardous waste discharged from industrial production process increases with time goes by. Due to the lack of technics and experiences in managing and dealing with hazardous waste, the method for dealing with hazardous waste in our country remains in a low level. This paper aims at the demanding requirements of information management of hazardous waste disposal center in Kunming City, designed and developed a comprehensive information platform based on the basic hazardous waste data in and around Kunming City, integrated with WebGIS and spatial database technology to realize the digitalized and visualized management to the hazardous waste. This paper firstly elaborates structural design of the whole system. Then it introduces the functional and spatial database design. In the end, this paper demonstrated some of the results of this system.

This paper, by using multi-layer B/S framework model, combines with VB programming to carry out innovative design of physical education (PE) platform, which has got the B/S framework platform of PE management. PE information management platform mainly comprises the teacher end, the central processor unit (CPU) and the student end, where the communication interface mainly comprises the editor and the computer, and the input of teacher end includes the computer buttons, sensors, and so on. While for the core parts of the system, they are the CPU and the memory demonstrated by PE. Student end through the I/O expansion function analyzes and displays the teaching sound and video signal displayed by using LED or LCD. Finally, the paper designs the data analysis and transfer function of PE information platform, and obtains the curve of information throughput with time changing, which provides a new computer method for the research of PE.

Notable features of the IOOS are its basis in sound science, global and coastal components for the observing system, a priority on a comprehensive data and information management strategy, and commitment to the process of transitioning new capabilities from research to operations.
