To verify and analyze the dynamics model of servomotor and improve the efficiency of modeling and analysis, we research system of modeling and simulation on kollmorgen AKM41H servomotor in SimScape. According to the driving principle and mathematical model of DC servomotor, Simulink combined with SimScape and Solidworks part will conduct Control system simulation and analysis. By analyzing the frequency curve, we know that dynamics model of Kollmorgen servomotor is accurate. Semi-physical simulation based on SimScape, the angle of motor shaft can be fast and accurate to get the prespecified value. Parameters of feedback control system are selected reasonably, adjust the motor shaft’s speed so that it reduces to zero band. Research shows that SimScape combined with Solidworks take semi-physical simulation experiment. It can support simulation that is different complex engineering project. Compared with the traditional simulation model is more practical and analysis and modeling is more efficiency.

ABSTRACT All aspects of development are very important in a person's life where the development of cognition, affection and psychomotor is well developed in accordance with its development, these three aspects can be said to be good and successful if the three aspects develop well. Motoric is the development of coordinated body movement control between nerves, brain, and spinal cord (spinal cord or spinal cord). Child's gross motorization can be optimized by improving his motor movement coordination skills through physical activity in the form of coordination of body movements. Like throwing, catching, kicking, running, melopat, and maintaining balance. The condition of a Down Syndrome child who experiences weakness in the ability to think will affect in all aspects of his life. Down syndrome children have problems in cognitive abilities, effective and self-care abilities. This results in them needing special education. Basically, the educational goals that children with Down Syndrome want to achieve are not different from those of education in general. Three-axis processing of laser inner engraving machine control system can carry on multi-axis linkage control. Furthermore, it ensures multi-axis of high feeding speed and trajectory control of high precision. This article introduces the design of laser inner engraving machine movement control system. The core is a digital integrator of linear interpolation algorithm to generate the desired trajectory and control XYZ axis linkage. Wide speed range of servo motor and position detector resolution is adequate to constitute a half-closed loop drive. With integral separation algorithm being introduced in the controller, the speed of numerical control system, track speed and positioning accuracy are guaranteed in order to achieve optimal specification for dynamic and static characteristics of the whole system.

In the AC control system, vector control theory is very popular as it makes the AC motor achieve the performance as perfect as DC motor [1]. In the paper, the vector control theory is briefly introduced, and then a vector control system model is builded in the matlab/simulink, and the SVPWM technique is adopted. The results show that the improved vector control sytem of PMSM has a excellent performance.

Semi-physical simulation of attitude control system is the more synthetically test and verify for designing of small satellite control system. It is an important means of small satellite development. However, the results of current semi-physical simulation system have a lot of non-intuitive. Compare with the actual environment, the simulation environment still has striking disparity. So the shortcomings affect precision of simulation. Based on the virtual display technology, the group semi-physical simulation system has been constructed for attitude control of small satellite due to the combination with xPC real-time environment, the simulation computer, high-precision single-axis air-bearing turntable, reaction wheel, air thrust device, fiber gyroscopes, sensors synchronizer, power subsystem and wireless devices virtual display computer etc. Semi-physical simulation achieved the visual simulation in orbit and tracked new information of virtual environment of space into real-time simulation computer. Simulation results show that the simulation system for real-time attitude and orbit position of small satellite semi-physical simulation has an excellent display effect. At the same time, Real-time transfuse of orbit information provides a more accurate space environment simulation. The simulation system of small satellite attitude control to design and evaluate the more direct and convenient.
