In order to develop the control system for fully automatic molding machine which runs stable, reliable and high-automatically, its operational requirements analysis are studied deeply, based on the analysis of present research and development situation on domestic and foreign molding machine, this paper analyses its mechanical structure, working principle, hydraulic system. Finally, the author designs the FX2N PLC control system and briefly describes designing method and characteristics of hardware and software, which solves the problem: the low efficiency of domestic steel automatic stacker molding, collision quality loss and coordination of multiple devices in transit.

In this paper, we design a typical automated packaging salt system, including multiple devices to stir, feed, packaging, weighing and other links. This requires the coordination of all sectors to achieve sequential switch, equipment failure alarming and maintenance. Therefore, salt packaging system adopts PLC control. According to different control objectives and requirements, we allocated the address reasonably; selected PLC and the modules. GX Developer software is used to programming and finally the control panel is designed. After commissioning and practical application, the effect is good, efficient, and precise.

For the traditional operation mode of high strength, low efficiency in the process of the plastic ruler screen printing, the powerful PLC is used as the control core, the automatic PLC control system is developed, and the reasonable programming skills are applied so that the two institutions can work in parallel, which greatly improves the production efficiency. At the same time, sophisticated sensors are used to detect each action execution state so as to ensure that work is reliable with stable performance. Through actual production test, the printing speed has reached the capacity of 28 rulers on average per minute, and has achieved the good production benefit.

According to this method, we design the three-cylinder reciprocating single acting pneumatic high-pressure mud pump, and give the details of PLC control system and high-pressure pump body, finally briefly describe the working principle and the experimental results.

In this paper, we introduce a food production and packaging system. This system includes many processes, namely, mixing, blending, molding, drying, packaging, and relates to multiple devices. To ensure the quality of food production and packaging, it needs coordination of all procedures and controls based on process requirements to achieve different objectives, so we use PLC centralized control in the food production and packaging system. According to the control object, we allocated the PLC address and choose the PLC of Siemens S7-200. On the basis of control tasks, we designed a control flowchart and programmed for PLC control system of Siemens S7-200 using STEP7-MICRO/WIN programming software .The practical applications have proved the good results.

The purpose of this paper is to design an electric control system of stage loader which has clear logical relations and is easy to operate. The control system improved the working reliability of electric control system. Taking stage loader used in coal storage yard as an example, we introduce the mechanical structure and working principle of stage loader, mainly discuss about the components of electric control system, the action sequence of the actuator, electrical control PLC program .This paper pointes out that the use of step ladder instruction can make logical relations of action sequence clear and the use of state initialization instruction can make the state transitions among manual program, homing procedure, automatic continuous working procedure simple.

the programmable logic controller (PLC) is the control device which is the most commonly used in the industrial control system. It's popular among the control system designer and maintaining staff on account of its good reliability, anti-jamming and practical application. This paper studies the PLC control technology application in motor VVVF system, firstly we introduce the basic working principle and features of the PLC, then supply some technical guidance for the PLC control technology applications combined with DC motors and AC induction motors in PLC control system.

This paper introduces the hydraulic control system design for the change-wheel garage of Chongqing light rails through analysis of three-stage cylinder synchronization circuit for lifting bodies, and optimizing the design of the slewing mechanism with respect to the hydraulic servo control system of digital cylinder. The results improved the smoothness in the process of changing wheel lifting and the rotary accuracy of the rotary mechanism. Design on the PLC control system of the system is also included as part of this paper.

This article describes the design of an articulation robot arm with seven joints. The control core of the robot arm is the module-based system built using the Mitsubishi Q series programming logical controller (PLC). The robot arm contains seven AC servomotors, seven driver devices, a vision system and a PLC control system. The PLC-based controller programs the motion trajectory of the gripper to catch or hold the objects and finish the assigned tasks. Kinect system (Asus Xtion Pro-Live, or called RGB-D sensor) acts as the vision system to recognize shape and color of each object. During the experiments, we found that the robot arm recognizes the shape and color of each object, and catches each object moving to the assigned box with the same color.
