In this paper, we introduce a food production and packaging system. This system includes many processes, namely, mixing, blending, molding, drying, packaging, and relates to multiple devices. To ensure the quality of food production and packaging, it needs coordination of all procedures and controls based on process requirements to achieve different objectives, so we use PLC centralized control in the food production and packaging system. According to the control object, we allocated the PLC address and choose the PLC of Siemens S7-200. On the basis of control tasks, we designed a control flowchart and programmed for PLC control system of Siemens S7-200 using STEP7-MICRO/WIN programming software .The practical applications have proved the good results.

In this paper, we design a typical automated packaging salt system, including multiple devices to stir, feed, packaging, weighing and other links. This requires the coordination of all sectors to achieve sequential switch, equipment failure alarming and maintenance. Therefore, salt packaging system adopts PLC control. According to different control objectives and requirements, we allocated the address reasonably; selected PLC and the modules. GX Developer software is used to programming and finally the control panel is designed. After commissioning and practical application, the effect is good, efficient, and precise.

Based on computer and PLC control technology, the control system for electron beam welder has been studied in this paper. By using PLC control technology to implement the intelligent control (IC) in welding process and adopting the high-frequency inverter technology, to realize the high-voltage interlock protection, the quality of electron beam current spot as well as the welding technology has been improved. Concerning the requirements on the technical and process, the design of computer communication and PLC application software demonstrate the feasibility of this method.

Control quality of an once-through boiler’s water-fuel ratio (WFR) and main-steam temperature are heavily influenced by the control quality of the once-through boiler’s intermediate point enthalpy (IPE), and it is also related to the economic and stable operation of the a once-through boiler. In order to control the IPE in a better way and to increase boiler efficiency, an improved model of IPE control system was built in this paper, matlab/simulink is used to build the IPE control system model based on a 600 MW supercritical unit, and the mechanism model of the control object is built in the same time. The feedforward of the feed-water temperature is brought to this model to increase the control rate. The control method of amendments to the amount of coal and the control method of amendments to the amount of feed-water are combined by the means of fuzzy control to solve the problem of the contradiction of the responding speed of the IPE and the separation interface’s stability of the steam-water separator. The simulation results show that the improved control method has better control effect and higher boiler efficiency was obtained as well.

Disc motor is a kind of motor which have a short axial dimensions and large start torque, it is widely used in machinery and equipment. Production quality of the motor stator and rotor determine the disc motor's performance .The motor stator and rotor which is produced by the method of punching-winding combined, have a high precision of motor underline slot and the motor performances good. Apply the PLC control system on the stator and rotor production, have a high degree of intelligence, easy to operate, realized the automation of the stator and rotor production and increased the productivity.

Among the promising automatic control systems, logical-dynamic control systems that change both the structure and parameters of the control device using switches formed on the basis of a certain logical algorithm have proven themselves well. The use of logical algorithms as part of MACS subsystems for complex technical objects makes it possible to increase the static and dynamic accuracy of control due to purposeful qualitative and quantitative changes in the control signal. This approach will give the control system fundamentally new properties that allow to fully take into account the nature and dynamics of the movement of the control object. When developing existing logical control algorithms, the issues of their application for multi-connected and multifunctional objects control were not considered. Common to existing logical algorithms is that when switching the structure and/or changing parameters, only the dynamics of its own subsystem is taken into account, which is unacceptable in the case of multi-connected dynamic object control, since cross-links have a significant impact on the quality of control. Thus, the problem of synthesis of logical algorithms for multi-connected objects control is an actual theoretical and applied problem. Despite the considerable amount of research conducted in this area, the application of logical algorithms for complex multidimensional objects control is not sufficiently considered, and there is no unified design concept for this type of MACS, taking into account the required quality of functioning in various operating modes. In this regard, there is a need to synthesize algorithms for logical multi-connected control that form control signals in order to coordinate the actions of all separate MACS subsystems in accordance with new external conditions and operating modes. The problem under consideration determined the purpose of this work and the research objectives.

This paper presents a new design for a fuzzy controller, called ""stochastic fuzzy control."" It describes the application controlling a mobile robot driven by two independent wheels. Using this scheme, the fuzzy control system provides an optimal stochastic control strategy that ensures the stability of the control system. Two design methods are considered: one assumes that the control object is completely known, and the other assumes that the control object includes unknown parameters. We design the straight line and circular path reference trajectories in accordance with the practical applications for the mobile robot, in which three patterns of speed are adopted. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a series of practical tests using our experimental mobile robot.

In order to develop the control system for fully automatic molding machine which runs stable, reliable and high-automatically, its operational requirements analysis are studied deeply, based on the analysis of present research and development situation on domestic and foreign molding machine, this paper analyses its mechanical structure, working principle, hydraulic system. Finally, the author designs the FX2N PLC control system and briefly describes designing method and characteristics of hardware and software, which solves the problem: the low efficiency of domestic steel automatic stacker molding, collision quality loss and coordination of multiple devices in transit.

This paper presents and analyses characteristics of the excitation control of DFIG connected to the grid basing on the rotor similar signal method. It also identifies the control object and then proposes the controllers of the active power and the reactive power of DFIG fed into grid. There are two PID controllers used to independently control the active power and the reactive power. The parameters of the PID can be changed and adjusted by the fuzzy tuner to improve the quality of system. Basing on this control system, the quality of the system is good; such as time transition and time response of this system are very small in comparison with those of the system of previous researches.

<p><span>This research aims to propose an adaptive control system for controlling the speed of the Direct Current (DC) motor. The system consists of two control loops: the first control loop is a traditional PID controller and the second control loop is an adaptive controller. The role of the adaptive controller is adjusting the output of the control object follows with the output of the reference model. The adjustment mechanism is very simple, but the quality of the whole system is very high: the conversion time is short and there isn't overshoot. The quality of the proposed adaptive control system is also compared to the traditional PID control system to show the advantages of the new system.</span></p>

Not a few devices of food production work periodically and programmers are widely used to control these devices. Using logical devices that transfer between program sections can significantly improve the quality of control, but these methods are not sufficiently studied.The research is devoted to the development of a programmer for the implementation of programs with nonlinear time areas, containing logical devices in its structure. Single-loop and combined programmable automatic control system (ACS) with logical devices and without them were investigated and a comparative analysis of their work was performed.
