In order to support well some promising dual-use core technology integration items with limited resources, scientific and effective value evaluation model should be constructed by governments. Based on the characteristics of such technology integration project, we build a value evaluation system for dual-use core technology integration, which includes social effects, economic results, technical value, and possibility for technology to be transformed into products etc. as major component. And then, such project evaluation model is established by using gray theory and hierarchy analysis method. By using a case analysis, it reveals and verifies further the operational process of this evaluation model. This model is scientific and feasible. Since it is not perfect, some research works on this model should be done further in future.

In higher vocational colleges, the teaching reform of art courses faces complex problems, namely, the evaluation system is imperfect, and the evaluation model involves complex calculations. To solve these problems, this paper strives to enhance the teaching reform capacity of art courses in higher vocational colleges. Firstly, the factors affecting the said teaching reform were identified. Next, an index system was established to evaluate the teaching reform capacity. The index system was integrated with the gray theory into an evaluation model of the teaching reform capacity. Based on the evaluation results, several strategies were put forward to enhance the teaching reform capacity. The research results provide a good reference for higher vocational colleges to reform the teaching of art courses.

Abstract Background: Compared with foreign countries, China's education evaluation system mostly adopts the method of simple comparison of students' average scores, and the evaluation results are relatively simple; It is a top-down, one-way and appraisal evaluation system, which not only can not form information feedback network, but also can not fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the evaluation subject and the evaluation object. As a value-added evaluation model, TVAAS can provide multi-dimensional information and has been widely used in foreign countries. Therefore, we need to learn from the Tennessee value-added evaluation model system, and a series of domestic studies have proved that value-added evaluation should be an important part of school evaluation. Results: The evaluation indexes of grade 2016 students were significantly better than that of grade 2015 students, and there was statistical differences between the two groups’ evaluation indexes (P < 0.05). Conclusion: To a certain extent, "Tennessee Value-Added Assessment System" can objectively evaluate the growth rate of teaching quality of clinical bedside teaching bases, and evaluate the correlation between relevant education reform measures and teaching quality improvement scientifically, which is proposed for further popularization and application.

The integrity evaluation of cooperation does well to standardizing enterprise behavior, and constructing of an orderly competitive operating background. Evaluation term and method are most important in evaluation. In this paper, an evaluation system was designed, which included 3-level evaluation terms and a fusing optimized algorithm. During the course, multi-hierarchy analysis was used to design index structure firstly, and then the integrated Gray theory and Genetic algorithm were introduced to optimize index’s weight. The innovation was reflected in article included an evaluation system with customs characteristics, and cooperation’s integrity graded model based on quantitative evaluation.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

Civil architecture energy conservation efficiency evaluation is a kind of multi-factors, multi-hierarchies and multi-criteria synthetic evaluation. Perfect civil architecture energy conservation efficiency evaluation indicators system and reasonably effective synthetic evaluation methodology are keys to do energy conservation efficiency synthetic evaluation. This paper is based on framing civil architecture energy conservation efficiency evaluation system, and uses fuzzy synthetic evaluation methodology to frame civil architecture energy conservation efficiency fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, in order to make the result of evaluation more objective and reasonable.

This study developed an evaluation model of freeway traffic safety facilities system. Firstly, an evaluation system of freeway traffic safety facility was proposed. Secondly, an evaluation model was proposed based on attribute recognition theory. And the evaluation result was identified according to the attribute measure value of single index and the comprehensive attribute measure value of multiple indexes as well as the confidence criterion. Thirdly, the weight of each indicator was decided by variation coefficient. Finally, A case of TAI-GAN freeway (K1+242~K3+259 segment) was conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
