With the rapid development of the real estate industry of china, the architectural decoration companies have been getting a good chance to prosper and develop. But it also faces to many problems, such as the increasing costs, the decreasing profit rate and so on. This paper presents an issue of using process approach and project lifecycle to manage decoration project, so that the decoration project management validity, constructing quality and construction cost control efficiency could be ensured well.

In recent years, due to the rapid development of the real estate industry in China, land speculation has begun in addition to the significant growth in economy. However, this rapid development has led to an extreme rise in housing prices, largely owing to high property tax. This article analyzed the impact of property tax on the development of real estate industry and provided countermeasures.

The sudden attack of the new crown virus in 2020 has brought an unprecedented impact on the real estate market economy and has completely disrupted people's work and life rhythm! With the rapid development of the Internet, the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives. As soon as e-commerce was introduced, it was loved by the majority of young people and brought tremendous changes to people's lives. Based on this, this paper studies a real estate virtual e-commerce model based on big data. In the study of this model, this paper combines the advantages of e-commerce and virtual communities to design a more effective virtual e-commerce model. The analysis of e-commerce and virtual communities shows that the virtual e-commerce model designed in this paper is a more effective model, and the real estate virtual e-commerce model based on big data technology can serve the real estate industry. Do a good job in the sales reform of the real estate industry.

Since the establishment of People's Republic of China in 1949, its real estate has closely followed reforms in economic, land and housing systems. There have been two critical junctures since the advent of the Reform and Opening-Up policy in 1978: the introduction of housing monetization in 1998 and the reinstatement of low-income housing in 2007. Those two junctures divide the development of China's real estate industry into three stages, namely the embryonic period of housing marketization (1978–1997), rapid development period (1998–2006) and integrated development period (2007–2016). Report delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017 affirms that “housing is for living in, not for speculation,” marking a new development stage for China's real estate industry. It is expected that innovations in land system, housing system and macro-control will promote the development of China's real estate in the future.

With the rapid development of China's real estate industry, customers demand for real estate products has changed from the satisfaction of one single criteria to a much more diverse and individualized developmental orientation. But the value evaluation for real estate products varies from person to person, which leads to different customer value. In our country, as one branch market of the real estate industry, the green real estate market should get a thoroughly understanding about the composition of customer value, identify the target customer demand, provide more innovative value for customers, inspire and guide the customer purchasing behavior. This paper, through an analysis of the composition and affected factors of the customer value in green real estate enterprise, aims to conclude the methods for the optimization and innovation of the customer value in green real estate enterprise.
