Vacuum booster is an important assembly part of the auto brake system.It influences the driving security directly so that it must be tested whether it reaches the design target and the related standards before leaving factory or in servicing in order to eliminate the driving danger.The virtual instrument based on LabVIEW is a kind of advanced technique with powerful analytical ability, flexible configure and rich tool modules providing many advantages for engineering test in virtue of computer and digital signal processing.The thesis based on its advantage to teat the performance of vacuum booster in a simulated work conditions, which is based on the National Standard of GB12676-1999, QC/T 307-1999 and QC/T 308-1999.The test system has been designed with the integration of hydraulic pressure control technology, data acquirisition technology, electro mechanics and virtual apparatus.The result indicated that the test system was reliable and the data acquirisition was accurate.Especially, the system could simulate the instance of auto in the state of long slope braking or frequent braking and has certain superiority compared with existing equipment.

Aimed at the requirements of engine experimental research,a test system of engine dynamic signal was developed based on virtual instrument technology. The integral structure design of the system was given, the hardware is composed of sensors, signal conditioning module, high-speed data acquisition card and portable computer; the host computer software was developed with DASYLab, a virtual instrumentation tool. Its essential is to make good use of computer to achieve and extend functions of traditional instruments, by comprehensively using technologies of computer, digital signal processing, standard bus and software engineering method, functions of continuous multi channel sampling and multi type signal acquisition, and processing analysis were realized. The field test shows the system works reliably, development and application of this system can provide detailed experiment data and a new way in the field of engine power detection.

With piezoelectric acceleration sensor, charge voltage filter amplifier, data acquisition card, PC and vibration experiment table for hardware development platform, and LABVIEW for software development platform, virtual instrument technology was applied to the design of mechanical vibration test system. This test system mainly consists of data acquisition, time domain analysis, amplitude domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, time-frequency analysis module. Experimental results indicate: The system not only can perform real-time data acquisition of multiple channels signal, waveform display, data storage, signal analysis, playback measurement and output printing etc, but also has good expansibility, high speed, high accuracy and friendly interface. It is suitable for engineering personnel and laboratory use.

In this paper, a testing device for gas cylinder, which is composed of PC, data acquisition card on USB bus technology and the application software compiled on the labVIEW platform, is designed on the basis of virtual instrument technology. The assembly and disassembly of the cylinder plug, weighing, temperature measuring, being irrigated upright, and hydraulic pressure testing are all realized. This device has been put into use with highly practical effect.

Aiming at the intelligent integrated detection System for test and measurement of many different missiles, utilizing the data acquisition technology, virtual instrument technology and signal analysis technology synthetically, in this paper, we introduced the system architecture and accomplished the hardware design and software implementation. Practical applications of the prototype system have proven that this intelligent integrated detection system has more powerful functions, better interaction and more convenient operation than the traditional automatic test system(ATS), it have met the needs of test and measurement of several different missiles

In this paper, the virtual instrument technology is used in torsional vibration study to create a set of torsional vibration natural frequency detection scheme for rotating machinery which is based on the characteristics of controllable one-way overrunning clutch. Also, a test system that is highly sampling frequency, good accuracy and fast data processing capability is developed. This system consists of high-precision dynamic torque sensor, microprocessor-based high-speed data relay module, IPC-based workbench. Finally, the measured results and the calculated results were compared, and it shows that the measured and the calculated results come very close.

Based on the virtual instrument technology, a dedicated test system has been developed for cavity beam position monitor (CBPM). The system consists of commercial nanopositioning stage and its controller, the analog output DAQ card based on PXI and network analyzer. In the LABVIEW environment, software which implemented function of instrument control and data acquisition based on virtual instrument soft architecture (VISA) has been developed. Experimental results illustrated that the test system achieved positioning precision of sub micron which meets requirement of test of CBPM. Also it could serve CBPM signal processing system.
