As environment impact has become the important constraining factors to the power transmission project, so it is necessary to expand the scope of environmental impact assessment (EIA) to provide some information to relevant departments for decision-making. This paper selected fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the environmental impact, which is fit for the uncertainties of the EIA. The results show that the project's impact on the environment is satisfactory and it still exists insufficient in environment protection and the improvement is still potential. The innovation of this paper is to assign the comprehensive evaluation vector by considering the weighted average confidence degree of the comments set-valued, so it can calculate the assessment values more accurately.

Land planning is plans and arrangements to a certain of areas the ahead of future land use, and involving social, economic, resource and environmental and other aspects of the planning area, to social economic development and ecological environment will have a profound impact,Land planning environmental impact assessment is analysis, pre-monitoring and evaluation after the implementation of land use planning producting the potential environmental impact, and on this basis from the environment point of view ,raised the best solution for planning and adjustment proposal, so it carried out environmental impact assessment to guarantee the correctness of decisions is essential as soon as possible.

The financial market is changing rapidly. Since joining the WTO, our country’s financial companies have faced pressure from dual competition at domestic and abroad. The complex internal and external environment has forced financial enterprise managers to improve risk prevention awareness, early warning and monitoring, so as to responding to emergencies and challenges in the financial market. However, traditional forecasting and analysis methods have problems such as large workload, low efficiency, and low accuracy. Therefore, this article applies intelligent computing to the forecast of financial markets, using related concepts of fuzzy theory and Internet intelligent technology, and proposes to establish a model system for financial enterprise risk early warning management and intelligent real-time monitoring based on fuzzy theory. This article first collected a large amount of data through the literature investigation method, and made a systematic and complete introduction to the related theoretical concepts of fuzzy theory and financial risk early-warning management, has laid a sufficient theoretical foundation for the subsequent exploration of the application of fuzzy theory in financial enterprise risk early warning management and intelligent real-time systems; Then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method that combines the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method is proposed, taking a listed company mainly engaged in automobile sales in our province as a case, the company’s financial risk management and modeling experiment of the intelligent real-time system; Finally quoted specific cases again, used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out risk warning and evaluation on the PPP projects of private enterprises in our province, and concluded that the project risk score is between 20-60, which is meet the severe-medium range in the risk level. Research shows that the use of fuzzy theory and modern network technology can make more accurate warnings and assessments of potential and apparent risks of financial enterprises, greatly improving the safety of financial enterprise management and reducing the losses caused by various risks.

Water environment assessment is a basic and important work of water resources protection. We set up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of water environment based on fuzzy theory and prediction method in this paper. The comprehensive assessment of water environmental quality relates to complicated phenomena and interaction of multi-factor of evaluation. There are plenty of fuzzy phenomena and fuzzy concepts, therefore, make quantitative processing by the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy is a good choice to get good results.

This article describes how the shipbreaking industry has been under the microscope, more often in recent years, with scrutiny from governments, international agencies and environmental activists, on issues pertaining to sustainability in general and environmental impact in particular. Several cases of vessels-to-be-dismantled, by and large in yards located in South Asia, have been discussed in literature, with concerns on the modus operandi of dismantling end-of-life ships, and the mode of disposal of hazardous residual wastes. In this article, the authors review extant methodologies, and examine the decision alternatives available to shipbreakers, recyclers and waste material handlers to minimize damage to the environment. Impact assessment results using Open-LCA has been presented to demonstrate the relative impact loadings on various environmental parameters, from the path functions adopted. The results of the environmental impact assessment provide decision insights on various alternatives that may be appropriated in order to mitigate environmental damage. The article concludes with discussion, perspectives and future research directions to improve decision making for sustainable shipbreaking.

According to the characteristics of resource allocation for engineering construction programme, the comprehensive evaluation model of resource allocation rationality for programme is established with the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The rationality of resource allocation for programme is evaluated objectively based on the assessment of correlation degree between monomer project and the programme and the evaluation of resource allocation rationality for monomer projects. And the evaluation results have been analyzed and sorted through the principle of weighted average.

A variety of conventional weapons equipped with explosive are used to destroy the significant long-span arch bridge. Because of the special function of the weapons and the complexity of the arch bridge, the damage results with the features of uncertainty and fuzzy are assessed with fuzzy theory. Combined with the standards for technical condition evaluation of highway bridges and wartime specific requirements, the fuzzy mathematical model based on the fuzzy mathematics theory and method is established to judgment comprehensively the arch technical condition. The hirarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to determine the technical state grade of the damaged arch bridge. The method of damage evaluation provides the effective reference for the emergency repairmen of the arch bridges.

On the basis of the basic theory of post evaluation of power transmission and transformation project in this paper, it selects the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the project. Take the Qian Fangzi power transmission and transformation project as an example; It has carried on the empirical research. From the process of the project implementation, economic benefits, the influence of the project, sustainability evaluation and so on, it has achieved good results and proved the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation model.

The environmental post evaluation index system is proposed to evaluate the cascade hydropower project`s post environmental impact assessment. We also constructed an evaluation method based on Matter-element and Analytic-hierarchy coupling model (FME-AHP) to apply to the environmental impact assessment of Yuan Shui cascade hydropower stations. It can test the index system and evaluation method is scientific and validity or not. We hope we can provide some experience and reference for the environmental impact assessment of the hydropower exploitation in key river basin both in China and abroad.
