Design on Height Interface Circuit for Atmosphere Computer

In order to make Russian-made atmosphere computer can be connected the domestic ATC(Air Traffic Control) transponder, the interface circuit, consisted of single chip microcomputer, A/D converter, level converter, driver circuit, isolator and electrical power, is designed. The data correlation and anti-jamming techniques are adopted to simplify hardware and to enhance conversion precision of height data and anti-jamming performance of the system. The test shows that the interface circuit can convert the analog height signal to digital encoding signal fit the requirements for domestic ATC transponder.

Micro-motor is the core component of surgical power plant, this paper research a new method of measuring micro-motor speed and output power. This system takes WTK-10 Groove-type photoelectric sensor and 6 gap speed code disc to measure micro-motor speed, uses TQ661 torque sensor to measure output torque of micro-motor, takes electronic load loading circuit, torque-speed measuring circuit, brushless motor driver circuit and control circuit of single chip microcomputer to realize the detection of micro-motor speed and output power, and to display results on PC. This system has the functions of data gathering, data processing, displaying and alarm etc, is accurate, economical and practical etc.

The present traffic controllers are most run in 2,3 or 4 phase mode at single point intersections, but the transition of different phase modes during traffic controlling is not flexible. In view of this deficiency, a multi-stage traffic signal controller of variable phases was designed and realized. It is equipped with a single chip microcomputer as the core, signal lights driver circuit, real-time clock, keys and LCD display modules etc. By means of physical simulation, the results show that this controller can run reliably according to system parameters and achieve automatic transition of 2, 3 or 4 phase mode in different stages, thus it also is proved that this controller is more flexible and efficient to control traffic flow.

Squid jigging machine is an important equipment in the oceanic squid jigging fisheries. Now, we have used the intelligent squid fishing machine, though, we have to guard the machine one by one. To reduce the labor on deck, we designed a serial interface circuit between PC and Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) for the communication within multiple squid jigging machines by the way of RS-485 bus, realizing centralized control of machines. For hardware, we converted TTL level to 485 level by serial interface conversion chip so that SCM could achieve RS-485 interface communication; For software, we customized instruction sets, data package format, communication protocol format. We designed RS-485 bus interface circuit for PC and SCM by simulation software Proteus. Through tests in the field, we knew the circuit makes the connection of centralized control network simple, and signal transmission reliable. We will pay particular attention to the design of communication protocols software, which can provide new thinking of designing about communication within multiple machines for the researchers.
