In view of the problem that some chicken farms are susceptible to various bacteria and viruses due to poor breeding environment, this paper designs a chicken house environmental intelligent monitoring system based on single-chip microcomputer application to improve the chicken house environment. The system adopts STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip. The sensor collects information on the light intensity, temperature and humidity, and carbon dioxide concentration, and controls the exhaust fan and the illumination lamp, and the environmental parameters can be displayed on the display in real time.

The development of precision seeder is still in an initial stage in China. Most seeders are mechanical and semi-precision sowing, and intelligent monitoring and controlling systems also have great shortage. This paper discusses intelligent seeding monitoring, fertilizer box and seed box margin monitoring, and bellows pressure monitoring. The main feature of this system is that it adopts modularity, sensor with high-sensitivity and wireless transmission technology for convenient maintenance, which greatly improves the reliability of the system, and provides a feasible scheme for the development of precision seeder.

One kind of automatic wireless infusion control/monitoring system based on micro controller unit(MCU) and nRF401 had been designed and implemented to overcome the shortages in the processing of venous transfusion care. The system used AT89C52 single-chip computer as machine’s core, the realization of communication between a master computer and a slave computer with nRF401. Doctors could get the information through the wireless transmission to control and monitor the process of transfusion in time. According to RS232 communication protocol, the system implements the communication between one computer and multi-computer by adopting AT89C51 single chip microcomputer. This system has many advantages, such as low cost, high precision, small volume, convenience, low power consumption, good extendibility and so on.

In view of the elderly apartment nursing staff shortages and intravenous rely on manual adjustment, visual control technology present situation; this paper designs a wireless module APC220 elderly apartment infusion of intelligent monitoring system. System adopts master-slave control structure, controlled by single chip microcomputer from the station to realize droplets monitoring, stepper motor control of the infusion dripping speed, LCD display, sound and light alarm function such as the abnormal infusion and transfusion, and the transmission function by wireless module implements monitoring data; The main data wireless receiving and transmitted to the PC, socialized service for the purpose of advanced information technology.

The internal high temperature of tire not only reduces the service life of the tire, but also increases fuel consumption. An on-line monitoring system of temperature field in tire is designed. The temperature measurement module of lower computer is made up of temperature measurement network of thermocouple, single chip microcomputer and other modules. The upper computer software is designed under the environment of VC ++, making use of the serial port to realize communication. The functions such as temperature collection, analysis, display and storage capabilities were realized. The system has the advantages of convenient use, reliable operation, solving the difficult problem of obtaining tire actual temperature.

The battery monitoring system (BMS) plays a crucial role in maintaining the safe operation of the lithium battery electric bicycle and prolonging the life of the battery pack. This paper designed a set of new battery monitoring systems based on the Android system and ARM single-chip microcomputer to enable direct management of the lithium battery pack and convenient monitoring of the state of the battery pack. The BMS realizes the goal of monitoring the voltage, current, and ambient temperature of lithium batteries, estimating the state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH), protecting the battery from abuse during charging or discharging, and ensuring the consistency of the batteries by integrating the passive equalization circuit. The BMS was proven effective and feasible through several tests, including charging/discharging, estimation accuracy, and communication tests. The results indicated that the BMS could be used in the design and application of the electric bicycle.

This paper presents a new monitoring method of non-contact blade status—blade tip timing monitoring method based on the principle of discontinuous phase principle, and a new monitoring system of non-contact running status of cooling tower fan blades is developed on the basis of the technology of single-chip microcomputer(SCM) and the blade tip timing monitoring method.The monitoring system is controlled by the SCM and has real-time monitoring to the blade. The pulse signal which is collected by the sensor is processed by the SCM.Through using the timing and interrupt function of SCM, the pulse signal is analysed and processed, when the blade breaks down and deforms, the system will shut down the fan and output a forecast alarm, so the blade accident will be prevented. It is proved that the monitoring method can greatly improve the reliability of the fan running status and the fault diagnosis and effectively prevent the default of the blades, so the monitoring system has a wide application value.

In the rail transit industry, the electric locomotive’s electric motor is used as the driving core, and its installation and working environment are often harsh, and the probability of failure will increase accordingly. If the motor fails during the operation of the locomotive, it will cause huge economic losses, and even threaten people’s lives and property. In order to grasp the running status of the motor in real time, an online monitoring system of the motor status is designed. This system collects the three parameters of temperature, current and speed, and inputs the three-parameter data into the single-chip microcomputer. The single-chip microcomputer transmits the data to the host computer through calculation. The host computer analyzes and displays the data through LabVIEW to realize online monitoring of the motor status. Experiments show that the system has a good man-machine interface, a wide speed range, high accuracy, fast response speed, and strong anti-interference ability, which is of great practical value for online monitoring of motors.

By using the single-chip microcomputer AT89C52 and the DS18B20 temperature sensor, this paper designed and realized an oil pump temperature monitoring system based on Internet of things. By installing the DS18b20 sensors in front of and behind the oil pump motor bearings; this monitoring system can collect the real-time temperature data of the oil pump bearing. The changed temperature data can be uploaded to the computer or the hand-held terminals by the transmission module when the temperature of the pump bearing changes. Especially, when the temperature is more than the alarm value preset by the system, the system can automatically send alarm signal, such as ring tones and screen flashing, and start the alarm module to warn the staffs to do the relevant work timely.

As people live or work on indoor environment of the perfect pursue, for from the household decorates the toxic gas such as formaldehyde, CO, and combustible gas of main composition methane (natural gas) will pay more attention to low concentration requirements. in order to build a safe and healthy environment, we design a simple and practical monitoring system, when the harmful gas exceeds bid, it can tell people in indoor gas solubility and promptly report to the police [1]. In this paper, we design the monitoring system using the MQ2 gas sensor as a receiver, STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the core, 1602 LCD for displaying output, used for indoor and toxic gas detection, according to at the same time equipped with a buzzer alarm output.
