The automatic stuffing lubrication system can appropriately provide a fixed amount of high-voltage grease for each lubrication point according to the conditions under which a vehicle is operated, thus stuffing and lubricating vehicles while they are on the move and automatically monitoring the lubrication conditions during the entire process. The essay focus on not only the analysis of the working condition of chassis centralized stuffing lubrication system, the functions and proper use of controller ,sub-oil device ,lubrication pump , but also the analysis of the installation and testing methods of centralized grease lubrication system.

The density of oil mist in this paper is an important factor of oil mist lubrication technology, according to which the effect of lubrication will be known and from which the study on atomization effect will also benefit. In general, the oil mist density of oil mist lubrication system in working condition is 3-12g/ m3 , the median diameter is 1-3 [1], which is difficult to measure with conventional detection methods. The paper takes advantage of optical rotation principle as a measuring method for density of oil mist and achieves a good experimental result.

In order to conduct lubricating characteristic analysis on automobile continuously variable transmission, this paper divides overall model of transmission on the basis of the idea of blocking simulation. Then it generates shed oil model of differential mechanism and oil gathering model of oil groove. Set monitoring surface at the position of reverse gear shaft catcher groove in shed oil model of differential mechanism and oil groove in oil gathering model of oil groove to monitor its conditions of oil-taking. Consider the received flow from the two monitoring surfaces in simulation process as evaluation index of effects of transmission lubrication system, as well as conduct quantitative evaluation on lubricating effects of transmission lubrication system. The results show that all of working condition with second gear 1500rpm, reverse gear shaft and oil groove have comparative ideal lubrication effects on input axis.

The engine valvetrain system operating under insufficient oil lubrication conditions, caused by an incorrect installation of the gasket between the block and the head, was tested. The aim of the analysis was to determine the wear intensity and resistance to motion in camshaft bearings. A model including a camshaft, bearings, tappet-valve-spring subassemblies and a part of the lubrication system was developed. It was used to determine the bearing loads and the amount of oil supplied. The volumetric wear of the camshaft journals and bearing covers was measured. For the estimated engine run, the wear rate and resistance to motion were compared for the cases of the engine with correct and incorrect lubrication.
