In house development of lubrication oil pump of gerotor type used in gas turbine engine is described in this paper. A host of geometrical parameters determine the inner and outer rotor profiles which in turn define the flow characteristics of the pump. In this paper, a simulation model has been developed based on AMESim and MatLab which used to predict the flow characteristics of a pump. This model incorporates both the methodologies of design and parametric analysis of the pump which aids to design the pump in accordance with designer needs by varying the parameters. A gerotor pump is designed having fixed geometrical parameters using this model. The prototype pump has been tested for its flow characteristics and compared with estimated result. The comparison indicates that simulation results agree well with the measured data. Thus, this simulation model will be useful in designing and analyzing the lubrication pump of a gas turbine engine.

This paper presents the simulation model of an oil lubrication gerotor pump for the internal combustion engine. The model was constructed by using a mono-dimensional commercial code taking into account all the phenomena that occur during the revolution of the pump shaft. First of all, several geometric considerations and theoretical observation are presented. An experimental campaign was also performed to validate the simulation model. In these experimental tests particular attention was regarded to the behavior of the pressure oscillations during the pump shaft revolutions. The final aim of this activity is to obtain an instrument that allows in-depth analysis of pump and lubrication circuit functioning and that can be coupled with other models (e.g. VVA, VVT, etc.) in order to take into account different problems of the hydraulic components of engines.

The automatic stuffing lubrication system can appropriately provide a fixed amount of high-voltage grease for each lubrication point according to the conditions under which a vehicle is operated, thus stuffing and lubricating vehicles while they are on the move and automatically monitoring the lubrication conditions during the entire process. The essay focus on not only the analysis of the working condition of chassis centralized stuffing lubrication system, the functions and proper use of controller ,sub-oil device ,lubrication pump , but also the analysis of the installation and testing methods of centralized grease lubrication system.
