Having investigated the application of industrial wireless gateway, this paper focuses on the designing of monitoring system in chemical water ultrafiltration system. This monitoring system is based on Zigbee wirelss communication technology and aims at the connecting between wireless sensor network and Profibus-Dp field bus. The design of operator station as well as hardware and software design for the valve terminal nodes and gateway are presented in detail.

A sensor network is issued in this paper, which is used to monitor the enviroment parameters of greenhouse. Each sensor node of the system, which is composed of sensors and a microchip, could measure temperature, humidity, pH value of soil, air pressure etc. A GPRS module is used to complete data exchanging between remote monitoring platform and the wireless sensor network. This system is an application in agriculture field.

The existing wired monitoring systems for edible fungus cultivation has some shortcomings such as complex wiring, unsatisfied function, low automatic level and so on. This paper developed a composite environment monitoring system for edible fungus cultivation based on wireless sensor network with ZigBee technology. Through a star wireless sensor network topology, this system acquired the temperature and humidity of cultivation environment, as well as the growing image of edible fungus. Meanwhile, according to the growing nature of edible fungus, a control strategy for cultivation environment was developed and integrated in the system. The proposed composite environment monitoring system provided a good solution for edible fungus cultivation industry.

In this paper we design a wireless sensor network of Zigbee technology, which consists of sensor nodes, sink nodes and monitoring software design. Through laboratory test, the design of the system is stable and reliable. Although the system can meet the requirements of Zigbee wireless communication hardware, but part of system hardware is relatively simple. If it is applied to the more complex place, we must add the corresponding module in the hardware and software. Adding node function module and the monitoring function in the Zigbee wireless network, it will meet the actual needs.

Aiming at monitoring the temperature, humidity and illumination intensity in the growing environment of a tropical crop---rubber tree, this article builds ZigBee wireless sensor network, and designs the software structure of this system based on fulfilling the hardware designing requirements. Combining Cluster tree algorithm in ZigBee network with AODVjr algorithm, this article enhances the use value of ZigBee wireless sensor network efficiently, and realizes that making use of ZigBee wireless sensor network technique in the tropical crops monitoring system.

To improve the efficiency of the remote monitoring system for logistics transportation, we proposed a remote monitoring system based on wireless sensor network and GPRS communication. The system can collect information from the wireless sensor network and transmit the information to the ZigBee interpreter. The monitoring system mainly includes the following parts: Car terminal, GPRS transmission network and monitoring center. Car terminal mainly consists by the Zigbee microcontroller and peripherals, wireless sensor nodes, RFID reader, GPRS wireless communication module composed of a micro-wireless monitoring network. The information collected by the sensor communicates through the GPRS and the monitoring center on the network coordinator, sends the collected information to the monitoring center, and the monitoring center realizes the information of the logistics vehicle in real time. The system has high applicability, meets the design requirements in the real-time acquisition and information transmission of the information of the logistics transport vehicles and goods, and realizes the function of remote monitoring.
