Finite element analysis software ANSYS analysis a combination sections beam which has contact surface and a integral model. Then find out the difference to identify the overall model and the parts beam dynamic differences. According to the result learn the contact surface how to influence the tools dynamic. It can offer theoretical and practical basis for design and structure optimization.

Made a static analysis of the SDOF rolling arm of the crankshaft rolling mechanism by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, obtained stress distribution and deformation of the rolling arm in clamping condition, then optimized the size of the rolling arm. Achieve the purpose of reducing the weight of the rolling arm,within the yield limit of the material.

In the rubber mixing production line, because of the traditional design method, the stiffness of the small arm of feed mechanism is usually not enough and the reserve of strength and weight is surplus. To solve the above problems, we optimized the arm structure with the optimization design module of the finite element analysis software. Based on the structure theory and optimization design theory, the three-dimensional model and the proper optimization model been established with the three-dimensional software and finite element analysis software. The total weight of the small arm is used as the objective of optimization and the dimensions of each parts is used as the design variables. Under the precondition of requirements of strength and stiffness, the optimal solution of these dimensions is figured out. Analysis shows that the method of structure optimization is feasible. This method provides an important reference for the optimization design of feed mechanism's small arm and similar parts.

In order to improve the reliability and stability of the automobile suspension system, the important parts of automobile suspension control arm is studied. Reverse engineering technology is applied to reverse modeling according to the characteristics of complicated suspension control arm shape. At the same time, the automobile suspension control arm is analyzed under load condition to ensure that the automobile suspension control arm is safe in the process of driving. The control arm meshing and strength analysis are completed by ANSYS analysis software. Finally, ANSYS fatigue analysis module is used to verify that the automobile suspension control arm can meet the requirement of fatigue strength.

According to the results of finite element analysis (FEA), when the diameter of opening of the flat cover is no more than 0.5D (d≤0.5D), there is obvious stress concentration at the edge of opening, but only existed within the region of 2d. Increasing the thickness of flat covers could not relieve the stress concentration at the edge of opening. It is recommended that reinforcing element being installed within the region of 2d should be used. When the diameter of openings is larger than 0.5D (d>0.5D), conical or round angle transitions could be employed at connecting location, with which the edge stress decreased remarkably. However, the primary stress plus the secondary stress would be valued by 3[σ].

According to uncertainty of the design parameters for large span truss of installing wave-maker, in order to avoid the waste of materials,the truss is analyzed based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS to find out its weaknesses and various parts of the deformation. On the premise of ensuring the intensity and stiffness, the weight of the truss is reduced by adjusting its sizes and selecting different profiles, so as to achieve the optimization of the truss of installing wave-maker.

Using domestic MFSP membrane as a medium of energy conversion, a kind of MFSP actuator was designed. The dedicated test equipment was constructed for experimental research, and the experimental results were given. The strip and circular MSFP membrane were analyzed qualitatively to obtain the deformation characteristics of membrane by finite element analysis software.
