This paper does some researches on the framework and control mechanism of traction and take-up system of Loom, which keep the winding tension constant. A traction and take-up control model using fuzzy neutral network adaptive PID algorithm is designed. The results prove this model is available in constant tension control system. The constant tension control system makes traction and take-up system operate more precisely and improves the quality of fabric.

Through the in-depth study of working principle and application of PFC algorithm, the paper introduces PFC algorithm to the constant tension control of the system of shaftless driven in printer. In order to better implement constant tension control of shaftless driven control system, the paper choose a first order system as the transfer function of the system of tension model. The paper carries on the silulation of the system’s output of constant tension ,aiming at the situation of the changing of the internal parameters of prediction model for PFC algorithm, such as the attenuation coefficient of reference trajectory , the change of fitting points , prediction horizon and so on, matching of prediction model and tension model of PFC algorithm. The simulation system provides a theoretical basis to build the actual tension control system.

Paper tension is the most important control parameter in roll material production that directly impacts the printing quality of the web offset. Based on the closed-loop paper tension control theory, by conducting a research into the simulation of paper tension control system with MATLAB/SIMULINK, presented the closed-loop control diagram about the paper tension control system. Under different control parameter, the value of the overshoot, respond speed and residual of the system varies. As a result, the quantitative research on the simulation of the system offers a valid means in improving the control accuracy.

Aiming at the problem of easy tensile deformation of PET film in production process of the energy-saving windows film, the paper presents control requirements of constant tension, constant line speed during the winding and unwinding. Firstly, the article gives a brief analysis of the tension cause and dynamics equation, and then establishes a mathematical model of the process of unwinding. Finally, starting from the model, the paper designed a control scheme to meet the constant tension, constant line speed using PLC and inverter technology. The field operation proves that the control system has achieved the expected effect of the control.Key words: Energy-saving Windows Film;Tension Control;PLC;inverter technology

Differential tensioning devices for belt conveyors in general and intermediate drives of extended conveyors in the form of closed traction loops are a new type of automatic tensioning devices that differ from other known designs by the presence of a stepwise discrete belt tension control system with separation of compensation functions for belt stretching under load and control of its tension during the operation of the conveyor in order to create optimal modes of belt loading. The article analyzes the well-known and practical concepts of belt conveyor control systems in general. The possibility of controlling the traction force realized by the intermediate belt drive by controlling the tension of the traction and load-carrying belts is shown. On the basis of the analysis, conceptual solutions for control systems for differential tensioning devices of belt conveyors are proposed with the possibility of both autonomous use and application in the structure of an integrated conveyor control system. Possible structures of linear parts of differential tensioning devices are presented, as well as options for the implementation of executive parts that directly move tensioning elements.

This design is a basic method for testing spring fan wheel assembly and steel cable tension control system. PLC is used as logic control core. Stepping motor and magnetic powder braker is used as an executive element. The constant tension control of the running process of the system is completed. The fuzzy control process of PID system includes two parts of tension loading and damping loading. The method of modular software is used to make the program structure clear.

In this paper,for the precision of tension control affects the products quality and performance of the device. In the coiling process while the tension control of the lead plate coiling machine is not stable, it will cause uneven thickness of lead sheet, affect the winding quality of lead sheets, and impact electrolysis efficiency. In this paper, according to the requirements of electrolytic process and the lead sheet winder actual working process, designing a tension control system in order to improve the precision of tension control.
