MK1432/H CNC precision cylindrical grinding machine is suitable for precision grinding IT6 to IT5 cylindrical or conical revolving workpiece, the table of the rail bed for the paste with plastic rail, the first holder of the rotating dial tone from the motor frequency speed, with Germany's Siemens 810D CNC two-axis system, built-in PLC, liquid crystal display. Servo motor is 1FK6 series; configure automatic measuring instrument line detection, automatic grinding work to achieve closed-loop cycle, ensuring high machining dimensional accuracy. Machine bed using a large round hole, fin-shaped reinforcement plates, Bench points up and down the table, you can grinding conical, bed and table in the guide rail for the laminating, the friction coefficient is small, table driven by a servo motor directly to the Deputy move the ball bar, smooth and reliable movement. Mainly used in automobile, motorcycle parts factory and other machinery manufacturing industry, for the grinding disc type, short axis, and taper shank type etc. parts.

Good surface finish is one of the important demands from the outputs of a cylindrical grinding machine. Also it is expected that dimensional accuracy, including accuracy in roundness, is fine in traverse cut cylindrical grinding. Now, like any other machine tool, cylindrical grinding machines also do vibrate, and vibration will affect accuracy and surface finish of the parts produced in grinding. The analysis of vibration in cylindrical grinding is then very much important. In the present study some aspects of vibration – behavior of cylindrical grinding machine have been experimented and analyzed. The process parameters have been varied and vibration signals have been measured in different directions by positioning an accelerometer at tail stock of the machine. The data have been analyzed through various statistical techniques to identify and predict vibration at given combinations of process parameters. The results and analysis of data give useful idea about dynamic performance of cylindrical grinding machine in traverse cut cylindrical grinding operation.

This paper describes a strategy to fulfill the needs of the 21st century machinery manufacturing industry, especially for the industry that produces the low repetitive and high productmix components using machining centres. The approach of development strategy is emphasized in developing of computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS). The system comprises of computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) modules, which is supported by common and working databases. Focuses on computer-integrated manufacturing's macro aspects and its future development strategy implications. Defines CIMS at the macro and micro level and the various factors that strongly call for the implementation of CIMS. After going into the advantages, concludes with development strategy implications for the future.

CNC cylindrical grinding machine reliability is an important performance indicators, the level of reliability will directly affect the use of CNC cylindrical grinding machine. Reliability of the traditional classification method is not clear, standards are not uniform, the paper application taxonomy for 12 CNC grinding machines from September 2012 to July 2014 for two years more than 600 pieces complete failure and repair data for statistical analysis to identify a greater impact on the overall reliability of the fault location and cause of the malfunction. According to the probability of occurrence of each failure mode, the severity of harm's comprehensive evaluation of the degree of fault of each site, identify the weak links of the whole system. As a result, the reliability of CNC cylindrical grinding machine will be greatly improved.

EDM wire is one of the non-conventional machinings that is currently widely used in the manufacturing industry because it can process workpieces with hard material and also produces excellent dimensional accuracy. This research was carried out with variable current, voltage and wire speed processes. While the response variable is the material removal rate and cutting width (kerf), this study aims to determine the effect of each factor on each response as well as on the combined response and to find the right combination of parameters to produce optimal response values. The results of the study stated that the current strong factor contributed 89.84% and the wire speed factor was 8.26% against the cutting width response (kerf). The current strong element contributes 87.88% to the material removal rate response. As for the combined response, the influential factor was wire speed with a contribution of 92.79%. The optimal combination of parameters in the combined response is 7 amperes, 5 volts and 10 m / s wire speed. The conclusion of this study informs that the smaller the current strength, the better the value of the cutting width, while the more significant the current force will result in a higher removal rate material. The factor that influences the combined response is wire speed, where the increase in the value of the wire speed increases the amount of the Gray Relational Grade from the combined response.
