With the rapid development of machinery manufacturing industry, multi variety and small batch production has gradually become one of the main means of manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of describing the characteristics and meaning of multi variety and small batch production, this article summarizes its domestic and international situation of machinery process theory, optimization and evaluation methods, presents several methods of mathematical description and model for multi variety and small batch production and finally summarize the trends of matching problem between the processing technology and production system.

This paper describes a strategy to fulfill the needs of the 21st century machinery manufacturing industry, especially for the industry that produces the low repetitive and high productmix components using machining centres. The approach of development strategy is emphasized in developing of computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS). The system comprises of computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) modules, which is supported by common and working databases. Focuses on computer-integrated manufacturing's macro aspects and its future development strategy implications. Defines CIMS at the macro and micro level and the various factors that strongly call for the implementation of CIMS. After going into the advantages, concludes with development strategy implications for the future.

on the basis of the definition of technological innovation and efficiency, based on the DEA method, this paper takes the panel data of 20 listed companies in China's machinery manufacturing industry from 2011 to 2015 as samples, evaluating the technological innovation efficiency of listed companies in China's machinery manufacturing industry. Finally, it sums up and puts forward effective countermeasures to improve the technological innovation of listed companies in China's machinery manufacturing industry. It is hoped that it will play a guiding role in the technological innovation activities of listed companies in China's machinery manufacturing industry.

In this research article, the authors attempted to compare how and to what extent knowledge base psychological ownership (KBPO), organization based psychological ownership (OBPO) and territoriality predict knowledge hiding behavior in different knowledge base industries in India. A sample of 429 employees from four knowledge base industries - Audio & Video, Machinery Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Telecom - was surveyed on the four constructs. A Hierarchical Regression method was used to determine whether KBPO and OBPO had direct effects on knowledge hiding, or indirect effects via Territoriality. The authors also tested whether OBPO moderated the indirect positive effect of KBPO on knowledge hiding. It has been found that KBPO has indirect effect on knowledge hiding behavior which is mediated by Territoriality in various knowledge base sectors except the Telecom Industry. Territoriality is antecedent to knowledge hiding in all knowledge base industries in India. OBPO does not have any direct or indirect effect on knowledge hiding but moderates positively the relationship between KBPO and knowledge hiding in the Machinery Manufacturing industry.

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in Chinese society, the mechanical manufacturing technology is increasingly maturing and requirements for the product quality and product precision is becoming higher and higher, so the development of mechanical manufacturing technology and high precision machining technology has been widely concerned by the relevant departments. According to the actual development of the modern machinery manufacturing technology and the high precision machining technology, on the basis of the principle of mechanical manufacturing, the characteristics of mechanical manufacturing technology and high precision machining should be analyzed thoroughly, meanwhile, the performance of the mechanical manufacturing process and high precision machining technology should be improved, thus, it can provide more theoretical basis and technical guidance for the development of mechanical manufacturing industry.
