The constraint relation of three-key-equipment, including coal cutter, scraper conveyor and hydraulic support, applied in the safe, high-producing and high-efficient fully mechanized mining face, was introduced; the composition principle of electro-hydraulic control system, embedded in the hydraulic support, was discussed, and the design scheme of the composition and hardware system about the electro-hydraulic control unit was presented in this paper. And finally the scheme achieved the target that we can control and monitor the working condition in near real-time, on the ground, in the crossheading and in front of the mining face.

Electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support in addition to being able to control the basic movements of hydraulic support, also can work for signal acquisition of mining environment, including pressure of column pressure, displacement of push lutetium and pull support etc. The electro-hydraulic control system is presented in this paper, on the basis of the original control function added signal acquisition module, and designed the hardware and software.

Adopt a PLC controller as the core and combined hydraulic supports CAN bus technology to build electro-hydraulic control system, the composition and working principle of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system will be described; according to the control system control requirements to achieve a single frame single action moving, single rack sequential linkage, group exercise, shearer position detection and the overall program design, while the stent control system software and hardware design. Verification shows that the system is able to achieve its basic functions. Reference to automate the development of the growing coal mine hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system.

Based on the heave compensation system during the installation in the deepwater, the performance of the hydraulic unit and the control unit is researched .The mathematical models which is about the flow characteristics ,the load pressure and the Mechanics balance on the hydraulic- Control system are built, and then the models are simulated by using the PID control method. The simulation results are showed under the different levels, and the best match of the control parameters is found by the different objects,to realize the intelligent designing in heave compensation system.

The electric and hydraulic control system of hydraulic support is the critical part for the mechanized working face to work productively and efficiently. Its energy transfer and conversion were realized by the hydraulic fluid containing high content of water as transmission medium. Nowadays we mainly use the simply treated mine water in the hydraulic fluid, and the treated mine water still contains various ions of suspension. Those impurities can damage some sensitive parts of the control system and result in the paralysis of the whole system in the worst case. Therefore, the quality control of the mine water used in the electric and hydraulic control system is very crucial. This paper is to examine the mine water quality index in conjunction with case study, discuss the negative effects of mine water on the electric and hydraulic control system, and propose scientific solutions.

Hydraulic support is an important equipment of mechanization caving coal in modernization coal mine. Hydraulic support strength test is a key link in hydraulic support design. Based on the similarity theory, the displacement, stress and strain information of test measured from hydraulic support model test can be popularized to hydraulic support prototype. This has an important significance on successful pass in prototype hydraulic support strength test and quicker and better designing eligible hydraulic support. The construction of load equipment and hydraulic control system of hydraulic support model test provides a practical and convenient research way of hydraulic support model test.
