To better reach the goal of education reform, the learning system is expanded and transplanted to the Android cell phone platform. Optimum proposal of setting up self-adaptive mobile learning activity mode on Android mobile platform is the focus of this paper. The key issue of the research is to design a kind of adaptive optimization algorithm for learning program. By analyzing the learning behavior of the students and evaluating the learning activity mode, self-adaptive optimization can be realized based on the result of systematic analysis. Compared with traditional mobile learning activity mode, learning activity efficiency is enhanced.

Evaluation of Arabic language learning in higher education is needed for quality assurance of a learning system. The evaluation should not assess the mere students’ learning output, but involve all aspects of learning program including objectives, planning, implementation and output. This study aims to uncover the implementation of evaluation of Arabic learning program in higher education with the CIPP model, from the emergence of the idea to the result achieved after the program is implemented. It is a theoretical study, which is not based on empirical data in the field. The application of the CIPP model in evaluating Arabic language learning in higher education is conducted by collecting data and information about context, input, process and products of a learning program comprehensively and continuously. More specifically, context evaluation is directed to assess data concerning the purpose and background of a learning program. Input evaluation is conducted to examine the accuracy of the curriculum, students, lecturers and infrastructures. Meanwhile, process evaluation is carried out to reveal the suitability of the curriculum, teaching materials and media in a learning activity. Product evaluation is intended to provide data and information about the outputs and outcomes of Arabic language learning.

With the development of human society, life-long education and quality education has become the most important. But it is a serious problem for the education that is the student's personality and ability to innovate cannot be effectively exertion. Teaching practice shows it will bring promotion effect to the student's individuality and innovation potential role if we take into account the individual differences of students and learn initiative duly handed over to the students. And this model is based on the system for every personality characteristics of learners in line with the learning programs, Under the guidance of the learning program, in line with learner style characteristics dynamically generated sequence of activities, call the learners preferred resource type, Learning behavior of learners through the tracking and analysis, proposed a learning program adaptive optimization algorithm, Learners use the system, the more the number, the system designed for learners to learn the program more in line with personality characteristics of learners in order to achieve true self-adaptive.

Mobile learning applications enable people to spend fragmented time to improve their knowledge and competitiveness. Enterprises aim to design innovative applications and create a new learning mode for the public, and the open innovation strategies may help companies achieve their goals. In the current study, the English learning application “LAIX” was investigated, and an online survey was used to obtain data from 289 university students in Guangzhou. This study combines the technology acceptance model (TAM) with flow theory (FT), investigating the psychological experience factors and the system characteristics that influence users’ behavior intentions. The exploration of perceptual variables will promote the establishment of an open innovation model of mobile learning applications. The aim of the study was to establish a theoretical framework to more deeply explore users’ intentions in mobile learning applications. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to help measure the relationship between variables and determine the model fit. This research reveals that telepresence is the most important variable that impacts user intentions to use mobile learning applications. In addition, the mediating effect of the flow experience was tested. Telepresence and interactivity indirectly influence behavioral intention through the variable “flow”. Users appear to be more concerned with the flow experience, which shows the highest correlation with intention to use the application. This study may assist companies to innovate system characteristics and improve customers’ user experience, for instance, by integrating virtual reality (VR) technology into the mobile learning system to improve their open innovation level and market popularity.
