Because of the complex process of pipeline operation, there is not an authoritative and reliable way to detect the gas pipeline leakage. Simulation for the southern half ring of Tianjin high-pressure gas pipeline network which depends on the real-time data collected by the SCADA system can provide a reference to detecting and locating the leakage by the method of pressure gradient. It is a very useful way to ensure safe operation of the pipeline network daily.

For improving the reliability and resource utilization of oil and gas pipeline Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, the application framework of oil and gas pipeline SCADA system based on cloud computing and a high reliability scheduling algorithm is proposed in the paper. Simulation results show the SCADA system based on cloud computing with new scheduling algorithm can realize history data backup in many computers and real-time data processed with primary-backup copy. So, the new application framework and new scheduling algorithm can provide better reliability and improve the resource utilization of system.

This article describes the high rate superplastic forming. The high rate superplastic forming technology is a new complex process,which integrates hot stamping and superplastic forming .It has feature of rapidity of the hot stamping and character of excellent formability of the superplastic forming.We obtained the best proportion of the hot forming and the superplastic forming through simulation experiment, and formed a car’s abonnet by applying the proportion.Compared with the high rate superplastic forming,the forming quality is better than that of hot forming. and the forming time is less than that of superplastic forming. Result shows that ,the high rate superplastic forming technology can meet the requirements for mass production.
