[ObjectivTo study the extraction technology of flavonoids from orange peel in order to provide some theoretical guidance for the industrial production of flavonoids from orange peel. [Metho Taking orange peel as raw material, which was citrus fruit processing waste and the flavonoid yield as index, with ultrasonic assisted extraction, through single factor experiments and orthogonal tests to optimization of the extraction technology, obtain optimum process conditions of orange flavonoid by ultrasonic assisted extraction. [Result As for ultrasonic assisted extraction, the yield of orange flavonoid reached 9.6% under extraction conditions of extracting time 30 min, alcohol concentration 60%, sedimentation ratio 1:25.

Extracting flavone from bamboo leaves by ultrasonic, the flavonoid extraction conditions was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment design, and the traditional heat reflux method was compared. The results showed that: the optimum process conditions of ultrasonic wave extraction of flavonoids from bamboo leaves were ethanol concentration of 70%, solid to liquid ratio of 1:20, extracting 20 min in 60 °C. Under this condition, extraction content of total flavonoids was up to 4.538 mg.g-1. And ultrasonic assisted extraction was superior to hot reflux extraction.

Resveratrol is a natural compound that has many beneficial physiological functions. In recent years, the research on resveratrol has gradually become a hotspot. This article summarized the literature reports all over the world, classified and concluded the extraction technology, function and nano-delivery carriers of resveratrol. Solvent extraction, microwave-and ultrasonic-assisted extraction, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis method were respectively discussed in detail. Then the antioxidant property, antibacterial activity, antiumor effect and the prevention of cardiovascular disease of resveratrol were also discussed. Finally, the resveratrol-loaded nanocarriers, such as nanoparticles, nanoemulsions, solid lipid particles and nanosuspensions were summarized. And the future research direction of resveratrol were prospected, in order to provide references and orientations for the further development and research of resveratrol.

Ultrasonic-Assisted extraction (UAE) was applied for saponins extraction from Ophiopholis mirabilis and response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction technology. A first set of experiments were designed to optimize water bath temperature, ethanol concentration, the ratio of liquid to solid, ultrasonic time (min) and ultrasonic power (W) as the main variables affecting the extraction effect. A Box-Behnken design consisting of 15 experimental runs was then applied and a second-order polynomial model was used to explain the interactions between the main factors and the yield of saponins. The developed mathematical model was found to fit well with the experimental data and the optimized conditions were ultrasonic pretreatment time 30.9 min, ethanol concentration 64%, liquid /solid ratio 35:1, ultrasonic power 300W and water bath 70°C. Corresponding saponins content was 0.574%.

This text was mainly studied the response surface optimization of ultrasonic assisted extraction of flavonoids from Brucea javanica. The optimum extraction process conditions were obtained by color reaction to prove the presence of flavonoids and by response surface simulation and quantification, the optimum condition was: ethanol concentration was 90%, the ratio of liquid to solid was 10:1, and the extraction time was 2h, the total extraction rate was the largest, up to about 1.43%.

The viability of using the waste obtained in the manufacture of sugar from sugarcane for the production of biodiesel has been analyzed. Two fundamental stages are necessary to obtain biodiesel; the first stage is the extraction process from the waste oil materials and the second is the transesterification reaction. Four techniques, Soxhlet, orbital shaker extraction, ultrasonic-assisted extraction, and supercritical fluid extraction, have been analyzed. For Soxhlet, orbital shaker extraction, and ultrasonic-assisted extraction, the organic solvent (hexane) was maintained for all experiment. In supercritical fluid extraction two solvents were evaluated: pure CO2and mixtures of CO2and 5% (v : v) methanol. The reaction kinetics of the transesterification reaction with an acidic catalyst and a basic catalyst were analysed. The results show that the supercritical extraction process produces a better product for the subsequent transesterification reaction. This finding is attributed to the high selectivity of carbon dioxide in the recovery of fatty acids and triglycerides in comparison with other solvents.

spinach contains a variety of plant pigments, high lutein content, which makes the research of spinach pigment extracting research special significance. Supercritical CO2fluid extraction food industry is a new extraction and isolation technique; microwave assisted extraction technology has the potential to become future food industrialization production of the leading. The UV-vis spectrophotometric analysis, parallel experimental method to determine the optimum process conditions of extracting pigment from spinach. For supercritical CO2extraction: ethanol (as extractant) is 250ml, extraction pressure 30MPa, extraction temperature 50°C, extraction time 1.5h. The microwave assisted extraction of ethanol as extractant, liquid ratio is 1:20, extraction time1.5h, extraction temperature of 40 °C. The comparison of two methods: microwave extraction is energy saving and high efficiency, and supercritical fluid extraction has safety and environmental protection, therefore, the two methods are worth to advocate and promote.
