Resveratrol is a natural compound that has many beneficial physiological functions. In recent years, the research on resveratrol has gradually become a hotspot. This article summarized the literature reports all over the world, classified and concluded the extraction technology, function and nano-delivery carriers of resveratrol. Solvent extraction, microwave-and ultrasonic-assisted extraction, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis method were respectively discussed in detail. Then the antioxidant property, antibacterial activity, antiumor effect and the prevention of cardiovascular disease of resveratrol were also discussed. Finally, the resveratrol-loaded nanocarriers, such as nanoparticles, nanoemulsions, solid lipid particles and nanosuspensions were summarized. And the future research direction of resveratrol were prospected, in order to provide references and orientations for the further development and research of resveratrol.

[ObjectivTo study the extraction technology of flavonoids from orange peel in order to provide some theoretical guidance for the industrial production of flavonoids from orange peel. [Metho Taking orange peel as raw material, which was citrus fruit processing waste and the flavonoid yield as index, with ultrasonic assisted extraction, through single factor experiments and orthogonal tests to optimization of the extraction technology, obtain optimum process conditions of orange flavonoid by ultrasonic assisted extraction. [Result As for ultrasonic assisted extraction, the yield of orange flavonoid reached 9.6% under extraction conditions of extracting time 30 min, alcohol concentration 60%, sedimentation ratio 1:25.

Ultrasonic-Assisted extraction (UAE) was applied for saponins extraction from Ophiopholis mirabilis and response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction technology. A first set of experiments were designed to optimize water bath temperature, ethanol concentration, the ratio of liquid to solid, ultrasonic time (min) and ultrasonic power (W) as the main variables affecting the extraction effect. A Box-Behnken design consisting of 15 experimental runs was then applied and a second-order polynomial model was used to explain the interactions between the main factors and the yield of saponins. The developed mathematical model was found to fit well with the experimental data and the optimized conditions were ultrasonic pretreatment time 30.9 min, ethanol concentration 64%, liquid /solid ratio 35:1, ultrasonic power 300W and water bath 70°C. Corresponding saponins content was 0.574%.
