In order to ease the tense situation of Chinese urban transportation, many cities carry on the planning, design, reporting, and construction of urban rail transit project; it has formed an urban rail transit boom and continued so far. This study was focused on distributive control theory of urban rail transportation, including summarized principle urban rail transit site, concubines dispatched a group of principles, summed up the basic design of the site line primaries. Through methods calculate the distance of the site Manhattan, quantitatively analysis the site traffic for the site location; adjust distribution to provide a reference, which dispatched a group of full line of urban rail transit lines. Site covering a large amount of and line total construction costs are lower, and that the line units' lower construction costs, the superiority of design as the objective function, the amount of site coverage and line total construction costs. This study has positive implications for improving urban rail design, to promote the sound development of urban rail transportation.

Through the identification of the risk factors affecting the total repurchase price in BT project of the urban rail transit, we obtain data by questionnaires and make cluster analysis on all risk variables.Then select the key risk factors that affect total repurchase price,which play a guiding role for controlling the total repurchase price in the BT project of urban rail transportation.

The decision-making for urban rail transit emergency events takes an important role in both reducing the losses caused by disasters and ensuring the safety of passengers. For the rainstorm emergency decision-making without certain scenario prediction information, considering the characteristic that the predisaster prevention measures will influence the effect of in-process countermeasures, this paper aimed to analyze the whole process scenarios for the occurrence, evolution, and development of rainstorm disaster in urban rail transit by considering the regret aversion of the decision makers. An emergency decision-making method for the beforehand-ongoing two stages rainstorm emergencies was developed to assess the emergency decision-making of urban rail transportation in different rainfall flood scenarios. Besides, the utilities and application costs of the emergency plans are also considered when defining the optimal emergency decision-making. This paper purposes the emergency decision-making model based on regret theory to define the optimal predisaster prevention method and ongoing responding measure for different disaster scenarios. Taking the Tianjin rail transportation as an example, this paper defines the optimal emergency decision-making to respond typhoon “Lekima.” The results show that if this method can be implemented in the rail transportation rainstorm disaster emergency responding and relevant disaster prevention management, then the reliability and risk responding capability of public transportation service can both be improved.

Because of the special circumstances of transport development in China. This making the urban railway,suburban railway and other urban rail transportation in different ways in the operation, management and investors. This leads to urban rail transit between various modes of transport not reasonably coordinated and effective convergence, not only a waste of the countrys limited transport resources passenger travel back to a lot of inconvenience. Thus the author proposes to build urban rail transportation system integration hub transfer mode, in this mode, multi-stop not only help reduce the total time which visitors gather consumption, shorten the travel time, but also can ease urban traffic (especially the urban ground transportation) pressure. Meanwhile the author in this mode to establish a multi-objective optimization mode for integrated urban rail transit site layout, which is to minimize the total time consumption and the largest city in the railway passenger hub sharing rate of target.

It is of great importance to optimize the schemes of long through-type bus lines to adapt to the urban rail transit network. Focusing on the long through-type bus lines close to metro stations, a bilevel programming model on the adjustment schemes of bus lines is proposed, taking the impacts of urban rail transit network into account. The upper level model aims at adjusting the setting decisions of stop stations and vehicle headways of bus lines to minimize the passenger travel cost and maximize the benefits of bus operators. The lower level model is a passenger flow assignment model based on Logit-SUE considering the crowding perception of passengers in bus vehicles. Moreover, the constraint of average load factor of the bus line sections is considered. Then the genetic algorithm is applied to solve the proposed model, and a numerical example is conducted to verify the effectiveness. Results show that the value of the objective function of the model is improved by 27.2%, in comparison with the original scheme. Even though the average travel cost of passengers increases slightly, the bus line operation cost and the imbalance degree of load factors are reduced by 46.1% and 18.6%, respectively. The sensitivity analyses show that it is better to divide the long through-type bus line into several separate bus lines with independent operation, respectively, under the condition of unbalanced passenger flow distribution. Meanwhile, the multiple bus lines are more adapted to the unbalanced passenger flow distribution when the weight of the benefits of the bus operators in the total objective function is bigger. Besides, the lower time value that the passengers perceive, the more passengers willing to take bus than metro trains. As the increment of the passenger time value, the combination of feeder bus lines and a longer bus line is better for passengers’ trip demand than the long through-type bus line.
