We report a case of isolated distal ureter tuberculosis who presented with irritative voiding symptoms treated with sole medical therapy and discuss the clinical, imaging, diagnostic and therapeutical features. In case of irritative voiding symptoms and radiological presentation of ureteral pathologies, genitourinary tuberculosis should be considered in the differential diagnosis. We believe that medical therapy should be the main option before the invasive procedures.

Ureterocele is a cystic dilatation of submucosal distal ureter. It presents a higher incidence in infants and young children but is rare in adults. The urethral prolapse of ureterocele is extremely rare, and its clinical presentation includes vulvar mass, hematuria, and urinary tract dysfunction. We present a case of ureterocele prolapse in a 45-year-old woman who has a 3-day-evolution vulvar mass and intense urethral bleeding. The patient underwent armed cystoscopy and ureteroscopy, ureterocele resection, and biopsy. She evolved with good postoperative condition and was then discharged.

Chronic granulomatous disease is a rare phagocytic disorder with recurrent, severe bacterial and fungal infections. We describe an unusual case of chronic granulomatous disease manifesting as an invasive pulmonary aspergillosis with an obstructive necrotic mass at the right middle bronchus. The patient was successfully treated with a bronchoscopic intervention for the removal of the obstructive mass and a medical therapy.

Rupture of visceral artery pseudoaneurysm can lead to hypovolemic shock in a patient with pancreatitis. With the advent of minimally invasive treatment techniques most of these can be managed by minimally invasive route and have excellent prognosis when timely intervention is initiated. Herewith, we reported a case of ruptured pseudoaneurysm of superior pancreaticoduodenal artery in a patient with pancreatitis who presented with haematemesis. The patient was successfully managed with coil embolization. A brief case report with review of literature is presented here.

Papillary cystadenocarcinoma is a very rare slow growing malignant neoplasm characterized by cysts and intraluminal papillary projections. It is defined by WHO as a separate entity. On FNA, cytological features can mimic with various papillary and cystic neoplasms of salivary gland. It is also difficult to distinguish from benign salivary gland neoplasms as it has bland nuclear features. Thus we present cytomorphological features and discuss its differential diagnosis with neoplasms having prominent papillary architecture with review of literature.

Lesions around the urethral meatus in women are common. The differential diagnosis for these lesions is extensive and includes urethral caruncle, urethral prolapse, urethral diverticulum, periurethral gland abscesses and, of most concern, urethral carcinoma. Non-invasive squamous lesions of the urethra are rare and their clinical significance is uncertain. We present a case of a urethral squamous papilloma at the urethral meatus in a premenopausal woman causing significant symptoms.
