This article focuses on the realization of an access control system based on RFID (Radio Frequency by Identification) technology. It is an authentication system for controlling access to a sensitive place. This system is composed of RFID cards which are badges that act as electronic keys, an RFID reader, an electronic lock, a microcontroller, a wifi module and a database installed on a computer. The identification number of an RFID card detected by the RFID reader is transferred, via the serial interface, to the microcontroller that communicates with the computer through the wifi module for verification in the database. If the information is valid, the microcontroller triggers the opening of the electronic lock.

In our regular day to day existence, explorers pay a guaranteed measure of assessment all the route through toll court to the administration. The national expressways and spans have toll doors, where individuals pay the charges for utilizing the interstates by remaining in the line, prompting superfluous break of venture. Subsequently, so as to decline this issue, this proposed framework approach for robotizing the installments of toll court by utilizing a Radio Frequency Identifier (RFID). In the proposed work, the client has an RFID label which has one unique identification number that empowers the RFID reader to examine the vehicle and it naturally distinguish the cash from the connected RFID account. As the smoke from vehicle exhaust discharge toxic carbon particles and causes smoke inward breath. So the dark carbon particles are expelled utilizing enacted carbon channel cushion and innocuous gas is discharged through the fumes in the vehicle.

Nowadays, with the in-depth development of networking, informatization and integration the access control system has become more and more popular and important in campus. Most access control systems were developed based on MCU with the characteristics of fixed functions and hardly to extend. A kind of campus intelligent access control system based on ARM is introduced in this paper. The overall structure of the system is as follow: the communication way between host computer and the access controller is TCP/IP protocol; using CAN-BUS for communication between access controller and RFID reader. In the design process, top-down design ideas has been adopted. From the overall structure to the local design, from the host computer to access controller and RFID reader, by means of functional analysis, process planning, hardware design and software programming, finally developed a campus intelligent access control system with excellent exhibitions on powerful, stability and scalability.
