This paper researched the post management on line loss management in power system. As while, This article studied the characters of the line loss management in power system depend on the practical experiences. it would pose a new problem to address the regulatory lacunae revealed by post management department. Meanwhile, The article established a optimal model to restrict the working time of the manager which is so-called post rotation cycle. And then, the paper gave out the further discussion about the model, and the model proved to be reliable and practical. It is of great value to probe into how to efficiently utilize management resources to improve corporation management ability and level and achieve the advanced goals.

GIS is an important part in power system. The operating status of GIS is closely related to the operation of stability and security for grid. For existing problems in GIS insulation defects of mainstream identification method, a new identification method of GIS insulation defects based on ARMA is put forward in this paper. The paper proposes a method of multi-cycle time-domain average data preprocessing, a construction method of identifying reference data, a diagnosis method of regarding the coefficient of a certain order ARMA model as comparative quantity. At the same time, the author of the paper conduct a test on new identification method using laboratory devices, and confirms data validation of new identification method. The result suggests that the new identification method is effective and reliable.

Therefore, how to fire the cable becomes an important task for the power system. Many engineers and technicians continue to analyze and study the causes of cable fires, but cable fire accidents still occur from time to time. In order to solve the problem of cable fire protection and existing problems, the article combines actual research and analysis, and gives the most effective and safe cable fire protection method.

There are multiple key management centers in power system due to historical and other aspects, and most key management centers are dispersed and serve different information security systems. It has not been implemented that key management centers are centralized management. And it is necessary to establish trust-based network system based on cryptographic techniques and achieve a safe and reliable access, transfer and application in network. We should build the infrastructure covering key management according to the requirements of the network, facilities and standardization to provide key support services for the certificate system, multiple key devices and key applications. Centralized key management is conducive to the protection of the business systems and reduces of duplication construction. This paper makes a structural design of key management infrastructure according to existing problems and actual demand of power business systems to provide support services for the currently running certificate system and key applications.

Abstract In recent years, it is still a difficult problem to calculate the line loss of distribution system. The main reason is that China’s power system data is not perfect, the components are huge, the management function does not exist, the network structure is directly connected. Therefore, reducing the loss rate of power system has become an urgent problem for energy companies to solve. Developing effective methods for line loss reduction evidence and line loss assessment requires careful calculation and analysis of line loss, which ultimately contributes to and guides line loss management.
