The article presents an analysis of a clinical case of a female patient D., aged of 93 years, hospitalized in the cardiology department of the hospital with multimorbidity and polypragmasy, who had the fall episode due to the prescription of midazolam administered parenterally. The fall was accompanied by the development of trauma - bruising her forehead, followed by suppuration, which demanded surgery in a surgical department.
