The last decade has witnessed far greater attention to the social determinants of health in health research, but literary studies have yet to address, in a sustained way, how narratives addressing issues of health across postcolonial cultural divides depict the meeting – or non-meeting – of radically differing conceptualisations of wellness and disease. This chapter explores representations of illness in which Western narrators and notions of the body are juxtaposed with conceptualisations of health and wellness entirely foreign to them, embedded as the former are in assumptions about Cartesian duality and the superiority of scientific method – itself often conceived of as floating (mysteriously) free from its own processes of enculturation and their attendant limits. This paper discusses the implementation of the Federal labor Inspectorate’s powers in the digital economy during the ongoing administrative reform. The effectiveness of this state structure is affected by its dual legal nature, such as the power of labor inspectors is aimed at protecting the rights of em-ployees. In the conditions of the digital economy and the presence of a pandemic, labor rights are fully protected, and the power of Rostrud is limited in relation to supervised objects by prohibiting cer-tain inspections. Under current conditions, the most essential activity of Rostrud is the need to form an electronic supervision system based on the results of the ongoing legal experiment on the introduction of electronic personnel document management. The use of an electronic signature in the activities of Rostrud is the first step in the possibility of imple-menting an electronic surveillance system, which was catalyzed by the pandemic. We believe that elec-tronic supervision will be the next stage of moderni-zation of Rostrud’s activities in the digital economy.

<b>Introduction:</b> The ability to discriminate among ligands binding to the same protein target in terms of their relative binding affinity lies at the heart of structure-based drug design. Any improvement in the accuracy and reliability of binding affinity prediction methods decreases the discrepancy between experimental and computational results.<br><b>Objectives:</b> The primary objectives were to find the most relevant features affecting binding affinity prediction, least use of manual feature engineering, and improving the reliability of binding affinity prediction using efficient deep learning models by tuning the model hyperparameters.<br><b>Methods:</b> The binding site of target proteins was represented as a grid box around their bound ligand. Both binary and distance-dependent occupancies were examined for how an atom affects its neighbor voxels in this grid. A combination of different features including ANOLEA, ligand elements, and Arpeggio atom types were used to represent the input. An efficient convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture, DeepAtom, was developed, trained and tested on the PDBbind v2016 dataset. Additionally an extended benchmark dataset was compiled to train and evaluate the models.<br><b>Results: </b>The best DeepAtom model showed an improved accuracy in the binding affinity prediction on PDBbind core subset (Pearson’s R=0.83) and is better than the recent state-of-the-art models in this field. In addition when the DeepAtom model was trained on our proposed benchmark dataset, it yields higher correlation compared to the baseline which confirms the value of our model.<br><b>Conclusions:</b> The promising results for the predicted binding affinities is expected to pave the way for embedding deep learning models in virtual screening and rational drug design fields.

Background: Community pharmacists play an important role in counseling of rational drug use for population. The study aimed to characterize counselling activities of drug use and demand of counselling tools at some community pharmacies at Hue City. Materials and method: A 17-question survey were asked to fill pharmacy staffs of a convenient sample of 100 community pharmacies at Hue City from 2/2017 to 7/2017. Results: There were 58 pharmacies (58.0%) answered this survey. Cough, headache, fever, high blood pressure and diabetes were the most popular symptoms/diseases presented in pharmacies. Patients often need counselling about dose (82.8%) and when to take medicine (79.3%). The main bariers for counselling were a lack of time (53.4%), and of skills/medthods for counseling (31.7%). About 96.6% pharmacies demanded counselling tools and favorite formats were book (32.9%) or pocket handbook (29.3%). Conclusion: Most pharmacies demanded counselling tools. Other studies should be conducted to develop supporting tools for counseling and to assess the quality of counseling in pharmacies.
