With the development of artificial intelligence technology, in order to alleviate the labour intensity of agricultural paddy field production and improve production efficiency, the development of robot used in paddy field production has been a hot research in the field of agricultural production. Different from the industrial environment, the agricultural production environment is complex, and there are many interference factors to the intelligent robot. Therefore, ensuring the reliability of the robot in the operation has become an important index in the production process. The model checking technique can evaluate the reliability of the system when designing the system. In this paper, timed automata is used to model the agricultural paddy field intelligent robot, and the environmental influence factor model is introduced, so as to evaluate the reliability of the system qualitatively and quantitatively in the design of the agricultural paddy field robot. Finally, the control prediction of the system safety is carried out, and to provide a definite basis for the actual engineering design.

The farmers in Pangkalan Gelebak Village have the problem of their low agricultural productivity.  The high price of chemical fertilizers causes the ability of the population to purchase fertilizers to be deficient.  As a result, agricultural production is still far from optimal.  In addition, rice straw left alone in rice fields can become a nesting place for pests such as rats, leafhoppers, and others.  Therefore, it is necessary to transfer information on appropriate science and technology, which is environmentally friendly, to overcome the problems of farmers in Pangkalan Gelebak.  One way to overcome this is to provide counseling about the importance of processing rice straw into biofertilizers to increase production, train, guide, and practice techniques for making biofertilizers made from rice straw to increase agricultural production, especially rice, and practicing application techniques for biofertilizer made from rice straw.  Rice straw is the raw material for rice plants for farmers in Pangkalan Gelebak Village.  The method used is to make demonstration plots of rice plants organically, counseling about the importance of processing rice straw into biofertilizers to increase production, carried out from February to June 2018.  The results of using 400 kg/ha + 50 % chemical fertilizers can increase rice production from 3,5 tons/ha to 5,6 tons/ha (60,00% increase) when compared to using chemical fertilizers.

In order to reduce pesticides in agricultural production caused by direct contact with the human body injury, and improve the efficiency of agricultural spraying operations, this paper proposes the design of intelligent WiFi wireless controlled spraying pesticides robots. For monitoring the microcontroller core, a wireless router for the network connection point is employed. The camera captures video, Android phones and smart monitoring system operation. Test results show that the design realizes spraying pesticides by robot to replace staff job, and achieves good results.
