The agent construction system (ACS) in non-profit government investment project has developed very well. Because of the supervision content involved many government departments and need multisectoral coordinated supervision, the supervision becomes very complexity and disordered. And the dramatic changing supervision environment, supervision subject and supervision object make the supervision work became more uncertainty. Based on multi-age technology (MAT) this paper proposes to construct a new supervision organization mechanism, which could coordinate the relationship between government and agent, agent and construction side and government departments better. The new supervision organization mechanism also helps supervision parties for the effective communication and resource sharing.

With the development of artificial intelligence, Multi-agent technology is applied more and more in reality. In line with multi-user intelligent network examination test system, this paper proposes multi-agent-based general examination system model constituted by multiple mutually independent but collaborated AGENTs. In addition to fulfill their respective responsibilities, every single sub-Agent communicates among each other to gain information and complete missions in a collaborative form. Also, dedicated data mining AGENT is deployed in the system to conduct intelligent analysis and processing on various data, thereby providing decision support for teachers’ teaching and student’s study duties. And this paper presents a new clue for establishing intelligent network examination system under distributed environment.

In order to improve the effect of remote ideological and political education, this paper builds a Web ideological and political education system based on Agent technology, and adopts a three-layer abstract system architecture including Web service layer, Agent processing layer and service process layer. Moreover, based on this architecture foundation, this paper proposes an Agent-based Web service integration structure, and illustrates the overall execution process of the system through the execution process of the system integration structure. Then, this paper proposes the organization structure of multi-agent in the Agent processing layer and the organization structure of service process in the service process layer of the system. In addition, this paper uses multi-agent system design to ensure the efficient operation of the entire system, and combines algorithms to implement system resource recommendation modules and practical teaching functions. Finally, this paper designs a control experiment to test the performance of the distance ideological and political education system constructed in this paper. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.

A framework for building EDM collaborative manufacturing system using multi-agent technology to support organizations characterized by physically distributed, enterprise-wide, heterogeneous intelligent manufacturing system over Internet is proposed. According to the characteristics of agile EDM collaborative manufacturing system(AEDMCMS), the agent technology is combined with Petri net in order to analyze the model. Based on the basic Petri Net, the definition is extended and the Agent-oriented Petri net (APN) is proposed. AEDMCM is turned into the model of Petri Net which is suitable to the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes.
