In this paper, we propose a cooperative strategy-based self-organization mechanism to reconstruct the network. The mechanism includes a comprehensive evaluation algorithm and structure adjustment mechanism. The self-organization mechanism can be carried out simultaneously with the parameter optimization process. By calculating the similarity and independent contribution of normative neurons, the effectiveness of fuzzy rules can be jointly evaluated, and effective structural changes can be realized. Moreover, this mechanism should not set the threshold in advance in practical application. In order to optimize the parameters of SC-IR2FNN, we developed a parameter optimization mechanism based on an interaction strategy. The parameter optimization mechanism based on a joint strategy, namely multilayer optimization engine, can split SC-IR2FNN parameters into nonlinear and linear parameters for joint optimization. The nonlinear parameters are optimized by an advanced two-level algorithm, and the linear parameters are updated with the minimum biological multiplication. Two parameter optimization algorithms optimize nonlinear and linear parameters, reduce the computational complexity of SC-IR2FNN, and improve the learning rate. Using the principal component factor analysis method, seven representative common factors are selected to replace the original variables, which include the profitability factor of the financing enterprise, the solvency factor of the financing enterprise, the profitability factor of the core enterprise, the operation guarantee factor, and the growth ability of the financing enterprise. Factors, supply chain online degree factors, financing enterprise quality, and cooperation factors, can well measure the credit risk of online supply chains. The logistic model shows that the profitability factor of the financing company, the debt repayment factor of the financing company, and the profitability of the core company are three factors that have a significant impact on the credit risk of online supply chain finance. Based on the improved credit calculation model, we developed an online clue risk calculation. This method is based on site conditions and can evaluate credit risk. From the test results, the improved credit scoring system is the result of facing speculative and circular credit fraud and implies that the traders of risk commentators are in a leading position in each electronic device. The results show that risk analysis is effective in any case.

This study is aimed at investigating the trend of folk song arrangement in six Choir Competitions Folklore Category, 2019. It is specifically focused on investigating three things: the trend of arrangers’ names, title of, origin of folk songs performed in the competitions, the characteristic of the arrangement and relationship between the arrangers and the national choir competitions committee. The reason of choosing the topic is because such a folk song arrangement is seen to be one of the key factors in conducting a choir competition, folklore category. As for the research method, it is more on music behaviour in a relational teritory. Therefore, it used a document study and qualitative research design. In this case, the researcher observed in six choir competitions and interviewed the arrangers, choir leaders, and musicians taking apart in the competitions. The findings revealed that the most frequently used arrangement was Ken Steven’s “Cikala Le Pong Pong”, the most popular arranger was Budi Susanto Yohanes, and Java and Madura were the two origins from which most of the folk songs were performed in choir competitions. The characteristic of the most popular one due to its unique arrangement in the form of vibrant music rhythm and body percussion. It revealed that an arranger is the first key agent in a systemic social-organization mechanism like in a choir competition.

The spatiotemporal learning rule (STLR) proposed based on hippocampal neurophysiological experiments is essentially different from the Hebbian learning rule (HEBLR) in terms of the self-organization mechanism. The difference is the self-organization of information from the external world by firing (HEBLR) or not firing (STLR) output neurons. Here, we describe the differences of the self-organization mechanism between the two learning rules by simulating neural network models trained on relatively similar spatiotemporal context information. Comparing the weight distributions after training, the HEBLR shows a unimodal distribution near the training vector, whereas the STLR shows a multimodal distribution. We analyzed the shape of the weight distribution in response to temporal changes in contextual information and found that the HEBLR does not change the shape of the weight distribution for time-varying spatiotemporal contextual information, whereas the STLR is sensitive to slight differences in spatiotemporal contexts and produces a multimodal distribution. These results suggest a critical difference in the dynamic change of synaptic weight distributions between the HEBLR and STLR in contextual learning. They also capture the characteristics of the pattern completion in the HEBLR and the pattern discrimination in the STLR, which adequately explain the self-organization mechanism of contextual information learning.

Many Stack Overflow answers have associated informative comments that can strengthen them and assist developers. A prior study found that comments can provide additional information to point out issues in their associated answer, such as the obsolescence of an answer. By showing more informative comments (e.g., the ones with higher scores) and hiding less informative ones, developers can more effectively retrieve information from the comments that are associated with an answer. Currently, Stack Overflow prioritizes the display of comments, and, as a result, 4.4 million comments (possibly including informative comments) are hidden by default from developers. In this study, we investigate whether this mechanism effectively organizes informative comments. We find that (1) the current comment organization mechanism does not work well due to the large amount of tie-scored comments (e.g., 87% of the comments have 0-score) and (2) in 97.3% of answers with hidden comments, at least one comment that is possibly informative is hidden while another comment with the same score is shown (i.e., unfairly hidden comments). The longest unfairly hidden comment is more likely to be informative than the shortest one. Our findings highlight that Stack Overflow should consider adjusting the comment organization mechanism to help developers effectively retrieve informative comments. Furthermore, we build a classifier that can effectively distinguish informative comments from uninformative comments. We also evaluate two alternative comment organization mechanisms (i.e., the Length mechanism and the Random mechanism) based on text similarity and the prediction of our classifier.

Purpose: to realize integration of the innovative organization mechanism with the system of standard design of reclamation facilities with subsequent visualization of the interaction processes of the system elements in the form of a functional model. The organization mechanism in the innovation activity is an activity aimed at the formation and, if necessary, reorganization of structures that implement innovation processes. Materials and methods. The works of Russian and foreign researchers in the field of application of innovative mechanisms in various sectors of economy were used as initial materials. The following methods of information processing were used: analysis, synthesis, logic. When constructing a functional model of interaction of system structural elements, the methodology of functional modeling was used in accordance with R 50.1.028-2001. Results and discussion. It is proposed to divide the developed structure of a convergent standard design system into three component parts, in particular, developers of standard project documentation, an organization for managing standard project documentation (institution), consumers of standard project documentation, with the subsequent endowment of each of the elements with their own areas of activity. The analysis of the activity of the elements of the system is carried out, highlighting the main functions performed. A functional model of interaction of a convergent standard design system elements has been developed. Conclusions. The core structural element of the converged system in the form of an organization for managing standard design documentation (institution), while performing its main functions, will ensure the interaction of developers and consumers of standard design documentation at a higher quality level compared to the previously existing (under the Soviet Union) standard design system.

We set up a continuum model capable of describing the pumping self-organization mechanism of the bacteria and quantifying it to the extent that an agreement with the experimentally observed channel width dependence of the pumping is reached.
