In order to solve the large-scale grid-connected photovoltaic cells caused by power fluctuations, power quality decline and other issues. This paper proposes and researches a power coordination control strategy for microgrid based on photovoltaic power generation. The principle of photovoltaic cells and the switching of maximum power point tracking and limited power mode are studied. The stability control methods of DC bus voltage, AC bus wire and frequency are studied. The model of microgrid is established and moreover, based on the power of microgrid and the charging state of storage battery, the operation of microgrid is divided into different working modes. The stable operation of microgrid is realized by adjusting the output power of each unit in different working modes. The calculation shows that the control strategy can effectively reduce the power fluctuation in the microgrid and improve the output power of renewable energy. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods are verified by experiments.

The auxiliary power unit (APU) is a major power source of range-extended electric vehicle (R-EEV). Excellent coordination control strategy of APU has a great significance impact on improving the overall electrical control system performance of R-EEV. A coordination control strategy based on parameters adapt fuzzy-PID is proposed to ensure the dynamic and static response characteristics of the coordination control system. Firstly, the APU high precision simulation control model is built in GT-Power and Matlab-Simulink. Three coordination control strategies based on traditional PID control method are designed, namely, engine speed control model (ESCM), generator torque control model (GTCM), and APU speed-torque control model (AS-TCM). The three coordination control strategies are simulated on working conditions, which include start-up working condition, power raised working condition, and power reduced working condition. Combined with the PID control principle, the control performance and inherent limitations of three traditional PID control strategies (TPCS) are analyzed and compared. Then, according to the above simulation results of analysis and comparation, the parameters adapt fuzzy-PID control strategy (PAF-PCS) is designed and simulated. The results show that three control parameters ( kp, ki, kd) are changed in real time to ensure the flexibility and adaptability of the control system and improve the stability and robustness of control system. Finally, the results of bench test show that power responds quickly and no oscillation and fixed-point power generation works smoothly, which are basically consistent with the simulation results. Therefore, the PAF-PCS proposed in this paper has good feasibility and effectiveness.

Palaran are elements within gamelan repertoire that are derived from the melodies used to recite texts written in Javanese poetic metres. When used as palaran within gamelan performance (rather than in their original form as poetic recitation, or macapat), these melodies are supported and constrained by a metrically fixed structure of core instrumental notes and surrounded by a web of spontaneous melodic accompaniment, involving multiple musicians. This chapter explores the complex ways in which musicians control, negotiate, and coordinate timing in this flexible yet precise form of musical interaction. It examines the rules of ideal cohesive performance, the transmission of strategies for successfully learning how to achieve this, and what can be learnt from occasions when palaran go wrong and the coordination of timing goes awry. It then argues that the sense of risk involved in managing timing in these ways is a significant part of what makes palaran one of the most popular elements within the gamelan repertoire.

Subsequent commutation failures (CFs) in HVDC systems will cause large-scale power flow transfer in AC/DC transmission systems and lead to overload risk in HVAC systems. In order to cope with these effects, a power coordination control strategy for the AC/DC transmission system with high-proportion wind power is proposed. Firstly, a model of the AC/DC transmission system considering the large-scale wind farms access is established by analyzing the power transmission characteristics of the AC/DC transmission system with high-proportion wind power, and the power transmission characteristics are analyzed after subsequent CFs. Secondly, the HVDC subsequent CFs can be mitigated by adjusting DC power transmission, while the active power output of the sending-end AC system is reduced by active control of wind turbine generators (WTGs) to reduce the overload risk of the HVAC system. Finally, the proposed power coordination control strategy is simulated and verified based on the established simulation model and actual power grid, and the results show that this strategy can effectively mitigate HVDC’s subsequent CFs and reduce the overload risk in HVAC systems.

The article is devoted to defining the concept and methods of interaction of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with other law enforcement a. The meaning of the concept of "methods" is revealed. It is proposed to understand the methods of interaction of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies as a set of tools used by these entities within the current legislation to organize and maintain relations between them to ensure border security, prevent smuggling, illegal migration and transnational crime. Features of such administrative methods of management as regulatory, administrative and normative are considered. It is noted that regulatory methods take place in the interaction of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with other law enforcement authorities. It is determined that persuasion as a universal method of management in the interaction of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with other law enforcement authorities is absent, and an example of the method of coercion is liability for non-compliance with acts of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. Such organizational methods in interaction of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with other law enforcement authorities as planning, forecasting, method of information support, method of decision making, methods of organizing the implementation of decisions and monitoring their implementation, methods of instructing and work with personnel are singled out. Emphasis is placed on economic methods in the interaction of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with other law enforcement authorities. The results of the survey show the problems in the use of methods of legal regulation, prohibitions, coercion, coordination, control in the management of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, which affect the effectiveness of its interaction with other law enforcement authorities and should be studied separately.
